Select your band, db am FM then auto this will automatically scan for stations or you can select manual and add stations yourself

I can not answer your question, only to add same thing happened to me, so l bought a new didgital and that like the other didnt work on the didgital band from day one Gave one of the radios to mum, who lives just streets away. The radio worked fine there for six months or so then stopped. At a geuss i would blame it on new dwellings even trees becoming larger that are blocking a tempermental band width. Wont buy another

There are 4 buttons on the top of the radio, AM. FM AUX. and DAB. I have now moved to another area and the radio works a lot better, although still not perfect. Also get a lot of interference when my computer is turned on.

Is it because you live in an area which doesn't get good reception?
is it because there are vibrations affecting the radio. Wind?
That's the 1st thing I noticed, the drop out, but it was because I was touching/moving the radio. In the manual it says not to let the radio vibrate.

Your answer does not address the problem> I have had 2 of these radios and both suffered the same problem. The first one was replaced by the G G and worked for about 6 months and now does exactly the same thing. Unfortunately it is now out of warranty and nobody want's to know anything about it. By the way signal conditions where I live is excellent. This appears to be a common fault with this model. By the way I am a retired radio and electronics system design engineer with 55 years experience. The radio drops out of lock and then resets itself.
