Toxic
Made me nauseous and vomit on several occasions, headaches, shakes, blurred vision and dizziness. Thrown in the bin. Scary!

The only multi to make me feel nauseous & vomit. Threw them out :-(
Show detailsToxic. Potentially poison. Australian made? Extremely disappointed.
Only attempted to take for a couple days (spread out) and followed instructions. Caused nausea and vomiting within 10 minutes each time. Cannot believe an Aussie company could make a multivitamin this bad…
Show detailsYuck! Just makes me sick! A multivitamin shouldn’t do that!
Vomits 5 minutes after taking it with breakfast. Chucking them in the bin! This is the only multivitamin that has done this to me, so it’s a crap product never buying again.

I took for 2 days and was burping a lot and had gas pain in my stomach. Third day on them not even 10 minutes after taking them I had a WAVE of nausea to the point I had to run to the bathroom and vomit!

The first time I took these I noticed nausea and stomach pains. I also had some heart burn and the worst burps as people have described. It lasted for about 2 hours. The second time I took these it was at work and about 5 - 10 min after taking them I started feeling horrible again and even vomited in the toilet to the point I had to leave work early. I got home and phoned my pharmacy, he was very confused and said it shouldn’t make you vomit at all. He suggested I take another a couple of weeks later to rule out if it is the multivitamin. I did

I needed some vitamins to pick me up after my surgery so started to take Cenovis multi; however, after two bottles did not notice any major difference. Maybe it takes longer, not sure but I would not be bying it any more .

Please don't buy this product
I was having some sciatica pain and did my research and saw that these contained many of the vitamins/nutrients which were intended to help this issue. I noticed I would get waves of nausea after taking these. I stopped and my stomach hasn't been the same since. I wish I never took these multivitamins
Show detailsNausea and vomiting
Very similar experience to others on this page. Strong wave of nausea 10 minutes after taking them sometimes leading to vomiting. I've had other vitamins before so can't think why, maybe it's something in the coating of the pill?

I would not recommend! It can be allergic to you!
My husband and I had this capsule for 3 days and both of us got some reaction on our fingers! Our index fingers got harder and swelled and also some type of redness at the palm side fingertips! I stopped and I’m fine at the moment! We aren’t allergic to anything this was the first weird experience! I was feeling too sick! And the taste of the medicine is also fishy stinky! It’s also way too long in size ! If you swallow horizontally you might get chocked ! I’m throwing away my 97 capsules out of 100 ! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone !
Show detailsCramping
I noticed every time I took it I would get awful cramping and nausea. I've never had this with any other vitamin. I checked if it was due to any other factor and it wasn't.
Show detailsMake me vomit
Like many others, these make me feel nauseous and have made me vomit a number of times. I've only just made the connection that it's the vitamins making me sick. I take them with breakfast, then I either feel a strong wave of nausea that sometimes leads to vomiting.
