We went into ANZ got finance and a better deal within 24 hrs.
Steer clear!

The most incompetent mortgage broking service possible
At every step of the mortgage process the wrong thing was done. All documents were sent to the wrong address, all involved parties were given the wrong address, critical dead lines weren't met, the list goes on. The staff totally incompetent. Don't go near this mob for mortgage broking.
