Cannot fault the operation of this appliance. Cooks well, simmers and keeps food warm without drying out. Non stick surface is excellent if cared for and washing is a breeze.

From the time I started using this fry pan it has been difficult to the point where it impedes on cooking. The heat control is awful - items overheat at a very low heat. Everything sticks to this pan. When things are simmering with the lid on the steam condenses on the lid edge to create big puddles of water on the bench. This also takes ages to clean and needs an overnight soak everytime. Dreadful appliance

Liked it at first - now find it very hard to clean, everything sticks, and it's extremely heavy. Bought TWO, one for my daughter - we both have the same complaints! Big mistake!!

I purchased this frypan in April 2013 and after only a couple of months, I sent it back under warranty because the "non-stick" coating was impossible to clean, food kept on sticking to it and then the coating began flaking off. We were sent a replacement but it has done the same thing as the first.

I purchased this fry pan a few months ago and loved it to start- While the thermostat seems to be regular and not as fussy as other brands to keep at an even temperature, the lead no longer works!!! the non-stick base has peeled, rubber feet have fallen off base, and the screws now scratch the bench. While the shape of the appliance was good the lid cannot be inverted for easy storage - because of the handle protruding out of the top you cannot stack anything else on top to save on cupboard space. Would not recommend - purchase something else.
