I bought a 55" dgtec tv about 14 months ago. All of a sudden, it just turned off and won't turn on again. Is there a recommended repairer for DGTEC tv's as I understand this is now just out of warranty?
I have never had a problem with connecting to wifi but all of a sudden it says no wifi dongle when I go to connect

I just bought a second hand DGTEC 64inch 4K Smart Tv. When I tried connecting it to WiFi for the first time, it does connect for a second but then just kept on fluctuating between connecting and disconnecting. Any help would be highly appreciated.

try turning your modem off for a few minutes then restart it. Do the same with the TV then retry

Read more Just to let you know, i have tried a few things. The same TV works fine on wireless with another WiFi like my mobile phone hotspot and the same home WiFi works fine with my other devices like my phone, my laptop and other devices at home. So, in this case I'm not sure whether it's TV issue or my home WiFi. Any help or leads would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
