I am a big believer in magnetic therapy, and initially started by buying the inidividual magnets and applying them to my neck and back. I then went on to buy this pillow insert, which made the whole process a lot easier. I found that I had significant pain relief through my nack and base of my head by using the magnetic pillow insert. Definietly worth a try.
I love that the insert can slip in and be used with any pillow. It is also flexible enough that it can be used on it's own on any body part. For example, I use it on my back when I am watching telly at night, and just sit up against it.
I had trouble finding the insert in a store, and ended up having to order it online.
