After reading couple of messages here about text messages. I feel its rather good to remind us about comparing energy plans. I have been thinking of doing a comparison for some time but never got time and Econnex's constant reminder helped me saving money.

I compared my electricity bill with Econnex to get $50 Woolworths Card. Good experience but gift car took more than 120 days to arrive. Thanks anyway. I saved on my electricity and got some funds for my groceries.

I signed up with them online for Alinta Energy and waited for 3 days for a welcome email. Eventually when called them they told me it might on my spam folder and it was there.

I signed up with econnex about 4 months ago. At the time they had a promotion that if i signed up with them i would receive a $50 gift card and a coupon book of some type. I never recieved it. I called their customer service twice and both times was told that i would receive a call back but i never did. I am assuming it must have been a ploy to get people to sign up through them so they could get a kick back from the energy provider.

This company attempted to sign me up to another provider on the spot claiming a cooling off period after I said no they continued and now I get calls, text messages and emails daily and despite unsubscribing they continue to try the hard sell. It’s outright harassment. I would not recommend them period!!!!

After my real estate recommendation I used Econnex, was confused at the first place as usually my previous real estate agent said i will connect it for you and didn't give me any options. On Econnex i got a lot of retailers to compare electricity and gas. The best part was that i signed up online without any harassing calls.

Me being tech guy, always look for companies with cleaner design and easy interface. Econnex, you guys have done a great job in building this platform.

No discount jargon, i could see both discounted and non discounted estimation which make the decision making process easy. Then i could sign up online without being hassled by call centre staffa.

Only thing is your signup confirmation went to my spam folder which could be an easy fix.

Compared my AGL Bill for postcode 2135 and found 4 cheaper options. Online signup was easy and quick. Received my within minutes, Thanks.

I used them to compare my electricity plan. They had more than 8 providers to compare from and i was able to save approx $70 on my bills the best part was i can sign up online. Didnt have to wait for phone calls to get connected. 100% recommended.

We were contacted by three companies before Econnex through our real estate agent. All the three companies said no for the next day movein. Econnex arranged the next day movein without any issues. Keep up the great work.

I don't use this company, and NEVER will. I've been receiving unsolicited texts for a few days, but there is no provision to stop without going to their site.

There is provision to unsubscribe on their site, but it may take up to 30 days to stop.

I hope somebody from your company is reading this review. STOP NOW or I'll find a government department to which I can complain.

I don't want to compare energy prices, and if I did, your company wouldn't be in the mix.

I was waiting for a 100% online energy comparison website wherein no one calls me to push me for a sale. Just used Econnex to compare my electricity bills and guess what no one called me. Good website.
