Washing machine from Hell -complete denial by company-trying to blame buyer. Refusing To Honour Money Back 2 Y Warranty.
Purchased 17.4.19. This machine has never had a qc check before being put on the market otherwise all the flaws would've been exposed. The main one : the timing in the electronics is faulty. So that the clothes only get a 20 second rinse before drain and spin. This happens on all the wash programs. So the fundamental flaw has been repeated by whomever programmed the electronics. ... Read morer so. Because the dirty water is never properly rinsed and agitated out. I have used a front loader for 3-4 times a week for 30 years without problem. So their ploy to blame me is just that. My last electrolux fl washer lasted for 14 years which it wouldn't have done without good care and maintenance (replaced circuit boards after 7 y) I want this company to come and get this machine from hell, that should never have been released on the market, and give me my money back. I will never purchase electrolux again. And highly deter others. There are numerous other issues with this machine - indicator lights not matching the instruction manual or incorrect manual instructions. Not spinning after wash/rinse cycles so dirty water not being spun out. Tech had to replace circuit boards to rectify this. Also whilst not agitating on the rinse cycle long enough - the clothes are then subject to 5 minutes of agitation without any water in the drum!!! - abrasive on the clothes and wearing out the fabric. They also come out of the machine and dry 'hard' none of this I experienced with my previous electrolux washer, which did everything perfectly, and whose only update needed to be a larger door.

The clothes are not rinsed properly and come out smelly because the rinse agitation duration is only 10 - 20 seconds for each rinse (same on all program selections) Then the water is drained. Then the clothes are agitated for 5 minutes without any water in the tub - causing abrasion to the clothes !!! Alice Beck.
