Great Evening
I attended a speed dating event last night which was great on all levels. The organisers were very professional and welcoming. It was a pleasure talking to all the other attendees and I would definitely recommend this group.

Singles Christmas mixer
Had a great night. This was my first event and was feeling nervous. The hosts were friendly and venue was good. Met some really nice people and it was a fun experience.

I attended the Christmas party @ The Argyle for the first time, the venue was great and the event was well prepared. Had a great icebreaker as well. Would definitely attend more events!!

Good venues, well presented, good vibe and good App. Great environment and good crew. The Neutral Bay venue was awesome and so was Argyle Hotel. I'd go there again. Thank you.

I would like to thank Encouter Dating for a great night. Not only did I have a chance to meet new people, I meet a lovely girl on the evening. We have since been seeing each other and it has been amazing. This would not have been possible without the great people at Encounter Dating! Thank you so very much.

Over priced, little effort by organizers. Over 40's Single Party
Advertised as: Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, shared food platters and icebreakers designed for you to meet many of the singles at the party in a fun, friendly and flirty way. Free drinks to be won. 7 -11pm, $45. Held in rooms which can be booked for private functions.
Welcome drink was limited to soft drink, a few wines, a sparkling. No beer. included.
Shared food consisted of toast (that is correct!) a small pile of fried zucchini, what looked like semi dried tomatoes or cooked capsicum, a few cubes of cheese, and about 6 slices of sala...
Read moremi. There was about 3 plates of these, no toothpicks, cocktail forks or presented on anything you could pick up on, only pick up messily with fingers and not very hygienic. Later a few pizzas were brought out, but more garlic slices than pizzas with normal toppings. Ice breakers consisted of being given a playing card on entry and you had to find your opposite color. If you found your match you then got a 1 in 4 chance to win free drinks by picking a card out 4. If not successful you got a single chocolate ball. People were not too impressed. There was no other ice breakers, organizers did not leave their table at entry. There was no music.Hi Petrol95,

Read more We are sorry to hear that the event did not meet your expectations. We always do include beer as an option at our events. The barman was new and made a mistake by not offering you one. Unfortunately we were unaware of any issues on the night as many of the guests thanked us and said how much they enjoyed the event.
