Does anyone else have issues with the lint filter? I am on to my third replacement machine since the lint filter does not sit tight so a lot of lint is getting past and sucked into the dryer.

Since I wrote a review about this, I have actually found the sensor function (which I think is linked to the other functions, so time would vary depending on how wet the clothes are) to not dry the clothes that well, so I find myself just using the 1hr function.
Not that this helps answer your question!
Just use the sensor function and it switches off automatically when the clothes are dry.
I dont seem to have a sensor function on my dryer
