Good Addition to New Kitchen
This warming drawer matches certain Fisher & Paykel ovens - the oven sits on top of the warming drawer. we installed with a new kitchen and it fits neatly together with the oven (they match in size and appearance). The drawer is very smooth to pull in and out. We use it to heat plates in winter and sometime to keep food warm - its not designed to cook in. Has worked with no issues for two years. At $1000 is a bit pricey for what it is (maybe because it supports the weight of the oven it has to be built extra strong) but as we do use it a quite a lot its been worth it.

Can I use the warming drawer to keep food hot?

Yes - we use it to rest food after cooking so the food does not cool down too much. The only issue is that the warming drawer is not very deep (about 60mm high) so you can't really use it to keep a whole roast or a whole chicken hot as they are too large.
Thanks. That is what I thought when I purchased it but the instructions say not to because the condensation can damage the warmer.
