Good camera
High quality vision, long range (+7m) movement detection day and night. With 960p video it is far superior to the FI9821W (720p), which I have also commented on.
I have the FI9831W version, not the 9831P with PoE capable Ethernet port.
Purchased two years ago I have two of these units, one wired and the other connected by wireless from a router approx 14m away. Antenna is removable so a higher gain antenna could be fitted if necessary for longer distance.
The included management software is good and can be used across all Foscam cameras, as well as give single screen views of four and nine cameras. A fair bit of trial and error to get the first camera set up, easier after that.

wifi is weak and hard to setup camera!
bought this foscam to trial being cheaper than d-link, picture quality is superb, however, wifi is very weak more than 5 meters from wifi, and it's very difficult to setup all the features of basic security.. i probaly would buy another dlink if thay bring out a 1.3 megapixel indoor camera for under $200
picture quality, 1.3 megapixel hd camera lense
weak wifi, very bulky, hard to setup
