Love my juicer!
Bought my Froothie 600 Wide-Mouth juicer many years ago and it has been fantastic.
I've owned cold press juicers before and wasn't impressed - they were slow and cumbersome. Froothie however is different.
The speed is better than others I've owned, and while it does occasionally get jammed when produce that is stringy - like celery or parsley, it is still great to use. I just learned to cut the celery in shorter lengths.

I find it easier to halve or quarter my apples - it handles big chunks very easily. The lid of my machine did crack after a short period, however the company had no issue replacing the part under warranty. It hasn't broken again. I bought the Froothie blender a few years ago now! Works beautifully! I ordered a juicer a few months ago and there was no stock. Kept on getting delays in delivery. So I eventually cancelled. Love this Optimum PressureCook
Bought this Pressurecook 2 years ago. Mainly cook soup and stew. Just dump everything in the pot and the machine do the rest. Cooking takes longer time however that makes my meal tastier. There's a time where I put too much in the pot and machine in error. Called customer service and they instructed me how to open manually. Afterall, so happy and love this Pressurecook.

Absolutely amazing product.
For a blender of this speed, it isn’t as loud as you’d think. It blends EVERYTHING beautifully and fast. Juices like a MOFO. Makes soup. I use it daily! Multiple times a day. Nut butter, nut milks, smoothies. Everything.

We were pleasantly happy to own not one but two Froothie products. Love them.
After online searches and reading many reviews and watching countless youtube videos we decided to purchase from Froothie. First product was for our selves. We we so happy we bought the second unit for our mum in Thailand where she was getting cancer treatment. She needed a lot of natural boost to her system. It was too easy for her to operate at an age of 74yrs. She loved it. Sadly she passed away since. Froothie lives on !

Awesome blender
I spent ages researching the best blenders around and eventually chose the Optimum 9400. This is hands down the best blender I've ever owned. I use a lot of nuts and seeds in my smoothies and this blender has no trouble blending them smoothly and evenly. So happy with my purchase.

Best juicer I have ever owned
This is a fantastic juicer for the price. We get so much juice with minimal waste. We use it for lots of fibrous veggies and it never jams. I was pleasantly surprised how dry the waste is too, it really seems to make the most out of what you put in.

Hopeless to deal with
I bought from them before and it was fine, but it seems the customer satisfaction is no longer part of their policy. I placed an order and they happily billed my credit card. After that nothing. I did not received the product, no email. I called few times and each time was told the goods are arriving and they will ship them in next few days, I think they still arriving and I am still waiting. If they do not have the product in stock why do they take orders and bill them.

Still waiting 4 months later
I ordered our Optimum 600m back on the 4/1/19, was told it would be late January Delivery, contacted them in February and they said I would have it by the end of Feb maybe March, hey guess what it's almost the end of April and still no blender, no communication and a very disgruntled client. Still awaiting any form of responce from them.

Froothie told me 3 wrong things.
1) 31/12/2018 I ordered a 600m optimun juicer online from the stocked item list and received an "out of stock" email.
2) Froothie sent an email stating my order will be sent 1 month later in January... NOPE! They then said their ordered stock for January was "pre sold".
3) I received a second email stating my order will be in late Febuary... NOPE!
4) Froothie then said they will deliver in late March. Well guess what? NO,
8/4/2019 the juicer did arrive. Just NOT the color I 1st ordered.
This is all factual and not aggressive language!

in advance, we will finally be back in stock later this month (April) and are planning to never run out of stock again! We will have enough stock to last us 2 Xmas seasons! I am very sorry for the delays with your shipment, we did not expect such a long delay and any customer could get a refund anytime. However I think we should not take payments when the delivery date is not 100% confirmed and should have been clear to all clients with more updates. Big disappointment with delivery process but Fixed in the end
Bought an Optimum 600M online on 24 March, after discussing with someone over the phone and as per the site and delivery was to be within 3-5 days. Firstly I didn't receive an invoice to start with. I called up few times on 27/3 and then again on 28/3 just to get a copy of my invoice.
At that time was again advised that shipment has been delayed so now delivery will be in the next 3 days but nothing

Since then they have tried to upsell me with an upgraded model which is not due to come until May, and then another upgraded model and for that i need to pay extra. This is quiet misleading as if the stock was already sold out before the shipment even arrived then I should not have been given date of delivery twice and the website should reflect that as well. Update - Was contacted by Fran (12/4/19) and he personally visited and delivered a different model the next day, which was a model up. I'm still not sure!
I wish I could review the Optimum 600M which I ordered in the 2nd week of March. Unfortunately it still has not been delivered. Customer support have stayed in touch with regular emails saying things like "Great news! Your order is on its way to Melbourne!!!" or "Unfortunately our manufacturer has delivered the wrong colour. If you can wait another month we can deliver the colour you ordered. Alternatively we can deliver in the wrong colour" This delivery service is woeful. 10 years ago we might not have thought twice but with Amazon and other suppliers able to deliver next day, this really is not good enough.

The new 600M is not only compact and light, but also produces the least amount of pulp and has the highest juice yield than ANY OTHER JUICER on the market! Hi.. I purchased the Optimum 600 3rd generation slow juicer order no 123915168 in jan 18. I have misplaced the black round wheel screw situated beneath the spinning basket .it was a bit wobbly since it had arrived as it would loosen up after each use, so we always had to make sure that we tighten it back.but now eventually I have misplaced it... is the new round screw available for purchase as without it the juicer is useless.

Hello I placed an order for a Tower Bread Maker Oder No 209014912 on 28/5/2020 I received correspondence stating that due to Covid 19 the order will be delaid until the first week in June or the middle of June. I have just seen an advert for same bread maker on Amerzon saying out of stock may not be replaced. I make bread daily, my bread maker is broken I require a new bread maker. It is correct that the incoming shipment of the bread maker is delayed a bit due to Covid-19, however our logistics team is doing everything they can to try and speed up this process :)

Hello Optimum Bread Maker, you have my ORDER NUMBER that should have given you sufficient information. There are a lot of these bread makers on the market, Your avert for the Bread maker is a pre order after a certain date the price will change it gave me the impression that it was new to the market you have a video of the bread maker being demonstrated the exact same video is on the Internet 2015. Our bread maker is broken I make 1 or 2 loaves a day for our use. Can you or can’t you supply one ?

don't experience such delays when demand for a product increases. The 600m was by far our best selling juicer to date and I admit we were not in a position to cope with this spike. I am really sorry for this, but your 600m will be on it's way first thing tomorrow and will definitely be worth the wait!
