Garbage
Bought one 9 months ago from Bunnings and used 4/5 times for cleaning the car. Max usage time of 1 hour total. Was cleaning the car today when I took my finger off the trigger the motor started pulsing. Didn't think anything of it and carried on washing. The motor was still pulsing the next time I released the trigger. The pulsing stopped and that was the last of the Gerni. Took back to Bunnings with receipt to be told it will be sent away for repair. 3-4 weeks until its back. Pretty average service for a $600 pressure washer.

Purchased for home use, registered for “extended 7 year warranty” used once a month if that. Stopped working after approximately 4-5 uses (washing car and driveway) took it back to Bunnings and was told it’s repair warranty only which could take over a month!!! Waste of time and money.. Karcher is replacement warranty so get a Karcher don’t get Gerni. Crap service and product
Faulty after 1.5 hours use
Used my new Gerni 7000 for about 1.5 hours on the first day, next day there was a loud bang noise and leaking from under the machine about 1 min into using the machine. I took it back to Bunnings at Kirrawee who would not replace this machine but wanted to send it off for repairs...therefore disappointed about the machine and about Bunnings customer service.

Great Product, Price point not ideal.
Great product, however I do feel that it is $50-100 over priced at Bunnings for what it is.
I paid $550 for this Gerni, however I believe it should be priced at a lower price point $499 would be more fair.
I purchased this Gerni to replace my Aldi $99 Special.
It is a great machine, good and easy to use. The Mid Patio Cleaner however, part of the reason why we purchased it did not live up to the hype. We ended up relying on another product to finish the job.

FANTASTIC MACHINE
Got this from Bunnings and have used it several times...It is without a doubt the BEST Gerni I have ever owned....It is the only machine I have used that got all the mould off....It is very quiet and very solid build...Would totally recommend this gerni....The warranty is 7 years....WOW...

Lots of online information about Bunnings/Ozito purchasing the rights to Gerni in Australia from Nilfisk. Rest assured the quality is just as good as a Super 130 (8yrs old) I’ve owned previously. In fact lots of improvements in usability.
Owned for 1 month and only used to clean cars, so haven’t tested the patio attachments. (July '21 update - Patio attachment is very good)
Pros:
+ Awesome power
+ Snow foam attachment (optional) is actually REALLY good. 90% as good as proper ones from Meguiars or Bowdens, but 1/3 of price. With benefit of s

my gerni 7000 keeps spitting off any nozzle i put on it.I have only used it twice.Any ideas?
Hello Blake.s. I've had the same frustrating thing happen to me, I could eventually find 2 causes to my problem, firstly are you using a brass fitting attached on your hose? Brass and plastic just does not hold together under the psi pressure produced by this gerni. I got around this by making a short extension hose (maybe about 2 foot long) with a brass fitting on one end and a plastic fitting at the other end so you can have the brass to brass (connected to your hose) and plastic to plastic (connected to your gerni). Secondly (and assuming you do have a brass fitting on the hose end) if it's blown off a few times it would have damaged the plastic fitting the came attached on your gerni. Each time it blows off it creates grooves in the plastic. You will need to replace it. I would suggest get the type with one of the black "O" rings and not the brand that has 2 of the black "O" rings. I found that the attachment with the 2 "O" rings still wouldn't hold. Hope some of this helps.
Thanks for that Pete, but my problem involves the nozzels on the end of the lance.I use the gerni for half an hour and all of a sudden it blows the nozzle off the end of the lance.Changed nozzle same thing happens.
Apologies Blake, I understand now. I was dealing with the wrong end. Is your machine still under warranty. I would be going back to the store to see if they can replace the lance or send the lance and nozzles to be checked.
Just used my gurni for the first time and was happy with the results, except for when the water hose drags over my cream tiles it leaves black dirty marks. Is there anything I can do to prevent this happening?
Yes to prevent this from happening you need to get a new nose the one you have has been effected by the sun so the gerni is excellent don't you think.I LOVE mine to bits.
Is this able to do the lower roof of a house? We have a two storey home but its the lower front roof bit above the garage that I need to do but I dont want to climb on the roof - so does it have an extension thingy that will make it useable for doing my lower roof if I stand on the ground?
