GroutShine Grout Pen

This is a total scam. My guess is that it is a cheap whiteboard marker from china worth about 0.50 cents. Doesn’t even have the brand name on the box. Don’t buy.

It did not perform as indicated in the advertising, Despite following the instructions carefully to activate the fluid flow, The pen and my refreshing of our ensuite shower recess project was an absolute failure with this item. Further in trying to coach more fluid flow, it leaked and turned into a messy clean up of the recess floor and my clothing

This has to be a scam, after 3 months i still have not received my order.
After 4 emails i was told it was sent.
After another email i was told it may have been lost, and i would be sent another one( i bought three).
HA HA still waiting.

I purchased 2 pens at 50% off in one transaction on 25.8.22 I have been charged in 2 transactions on my credit card to the value of $90. I have never received a confirmation email and have not received the product .

They took a second payment illegally from my account after the purchase. Then now say due to covid there are HUGE delays in getting any pen at all. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS, I agreed to one extra pen at half price but was charged for at least two and that was the first amount taken from my account. The second amount illegally taken was 68.00. Am removing all money left in the account until I have the card cancelled.

After over 3 months and over 6 emails, still no product. No refund either. It's a scam.

Just go and buy a white-out pen from officeworks because that is all it is. Where it went on it looked like that was what i had used. It was a total waste of money.

Ordered Grout tile Marker. Box states 'non-toxic' but warning label says to wear tight sealing goggles and gloves so I looked up the main ingredient (42-70% titanium dioxide) https://nj.gov/health/eoh/rtkweb/documents/fs/1861.pdf Won't be using it.

Wish I had read this review before I ordered. " This product is vastly overpriced and definitely does not live up to the marketing. Basically a big con. Not easy to use. Does not cover anywhere near the area advertised ". Probably no better than similar products that cost way less. Very disappointed to have spent so much with so little result.

After having read the review above, what guarantee can you give that in fact what the buyer orders will be the identical pen as shown in your video's, will it cover the area mentioned in your video, & will flow as per your video?

The GroutShine Grout pen was marketed as being able to do all the grout in your shower and half your floor. It was also supposed to flow very easily. I managed to, with difficulty, do half of my small shower. The substance did not flow easily as per their videos. The product is displayed with a blue/green outer but the one I received is red and white and is labelled "Grout Tile Marker", not the product shown on the video.
