Maximum volume is too low.
Screen text not large enough. Increasing boldness helps but not enough.
Ability to change some of the preset autodials removed.
Bought the phone for my father to replace his Easymate. I suspect he will want to go back to the Easymate.
Navigation arrows with the yellow button are too close (or small). Attempts to press the yellow button usually result in a direction arrow being pushed which frustrates the user and destroys confidence in the phone.

Easy to use for those struggling with tech knowledge; I set it up for an elderly friend who normally dislikes
mobile phones but he finds it wonderful. Hearing/sound quality is excellent at both receiver and caller ends; recharging base is really great - easy to use and understand; number buttons and phone screen are large; flip opening to answer, being able to change feature displays and "customise" the phone is great. Picture quality however is very poor.

Mum only uses her phone for calls, it is easy to navigate and use.
It was easy to set up and easy to teach her how to use it. She has the volume turned up and she loves that she can hear her phone ringing

Setting up the phone was very easy although the instruction booklet was very small and a bit wordy. Perfect for elderly parent who has no use for internet but lost her landline and needed to go online. Buttons a good and easy to see and use. The arrow buttons and yellow button could be slightly bigger for arthritic fingers but it’s still doable.

Bought this for my mother, who struggles greatly with technology. Love the fact it locks and unlocks with the flip down. Numbers are big and the voice set up is super. She loves knowing who is ringing with the photos and with time will hopefully gain more confidence. Thank you for designing a phone that is simple and easy to use.

Camera is ok, as I mentioned I bought the phone for mum. she doesn't use the camera.
She uses the phone for phone calls. The light and brightness of the display are very good.
She loves the functionality of the phone, very easy to use and the buttons are large.

Having couple issues with phone however my son has rung and spoken to a gentleman who works with Olitech and waiting for his reply. One problem is you cant send photos. If we dont hear from him will ring back Monday. Am finding it a bit involved and complicated, however am prepared to perservere. Many thanks Jan

We purchased the EasyFlip mobile for an elderly friend of ours who lives alone and needed a mobile in case of an emergency or for her family to contact her. The phone was easy to setup and install all her required numbers explained the emergency button on the rear and it works fantastic, she and her family are really happy with the EasyFlip mobile, it has excellent ring tones which are very loud for her to hear and easy to use.

Very satisfied once the correct size sim card was installed.

Only used for calling and messaging but very happy so far.

I have trouble hearing and find the sound quality excellent. It is easy to hold and I am still learning about the features but it seems straight forward. My daughter is teaching me!

I purchased this phone for my elderly mother who is very happy with it. She finds it easy to make calls and receive calls. The clip for the SIM card is fragile. That needs to be redesigned otherwise I highly recommend the phone. The support I received from Olitech with regard to the SIM card clip was very helpful.

I bought the phone to replace an old slide phone for a relative who won' t use a smartphone. Transferring information was straightforward, the keyboard is easy to use for someone with imperfect vision and the options for setting up the phone were intuitive. We don't use the remote monitoring or panic button yet but it's there and can be introduced gradually. Once we do try it I think it will be useful and easily accepted because that's an addition to the "normal" phone, not a new intrusion on independence. I'm already recommending the phone to friends with elderly relatives.

Being partially deaf I found this phone very good.It's simple to use and a handy size .The display is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this phone

A great update from my EasyMate and with more features! Haven't used the camera yet because I have a 'proper' camera!! I don't need a smart phone, so texting and calling is good enough. I will be going over to the Olitechtelco for cheaper operation! Pity Olitech doesn't sell 'Dongles' for travellers?

A good unit that is most suitable for people who find smart phones too challenging. It is also very suitable for those whose hearing is not great. My main reason for buying the easyflip was because of the emergency button. My wife suffers TIAs and on these occasions cannot form words. The prepared messages are ideal and can be sent to me and my daughter.

I had an Olitech EasyMate which was a very good basic phone for people who want to make calls and texts without all the bells and whistles of a fully featured mobile.
I recently upgraded to an EasyFlip because Telstra are warning that they will be closing down their 3G network.
The EasyFlip is even better than the mate with more and better features, but still user friendly and uncomplicated.
Great customer service response when I got into trouble because I was a bit careless setting the phone up. They had me back up and working again in no time !!.

The phone is great for my grandmother except that the "Easymate assist launching soon" screen often comes up when she is trying to navigate the phone. This is confusing for her. Also the "End" call button is the same as the power button and she has already invertantly turned the phone off a few times when trying to hang up or escape from an app because she struggles to differentiate between a short and long press. As a result we have not been able to contact her. This is a serious safety issue.
