What a great concept if it actually worked. I received a faulty device which happens, I wasn't upset until I received a replacement and that also did not work. The first device didn't even turn on, however the second did, it just did not heat up and did not stay on for more then 10 minutes at a time. They also don't tell you that you need to charge this tiny thing for 4 hours, the heat temperature doesn't actually heat up to what it says AND it dies super quickly. I contacted support which had been great help, until they decided I wasn't worth their time anymore and have since ignored my messages for assistance. I have been super understanding but this company has taken me for a ride. I would highly recommend to never buy this product!

Would work if you have next to no hair that’s already straight..... doesn’t heat up enough to straighten at all. Plus terrible design keep pressing the buttons while I’m trying to use it. Such a shame because would be so handy on camping trips or when your in a rush to use it on the go. But unfortunately isn’t made up to standard especially for the price!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. This product is absolute rubbish!!! Such a waste of money, this company should be shut down for ripping people off. Doesn’t heat up, can’t hold onto the device when trying to straighten hair as you keep pressing the temp button, worst design ever, FAIL!! Tried to contact company and I got blocked on their socials, currently going through consumer affairs.

I was so excited to receive this product as I'm going overseas soon. I received the product quickly, it was super easy to use but that's as far as the positives go for me. I have thick hair & it didn't straighten my hair AT ALL. This product may be great for shorter finer hair but I wouldn't recommend it for thick long locks

So useful ! It’s features are so convenient for travels. I took this camping - to make sure my hair stayed decent whilst I was away and it did the job. Takes 1-3 hours to charge in my car via the USB and fast to heat up, but recommended 5 minutes to wait.

Very convenient for on the go styling and touching my hair up. I carry it in my handbag on my way to work as I have to get on an early train. It’s so handy. You can also have it with your carry on luggage when flying.

So obsessed with this product. I keep it in my car and have used it on numerous occasions due to this humidity that’s out of control. Heats up fast. Charges by USB. Lightweight.

The hair straightener does not heat to a high enough temperature to straighten your hair. The company will not refund money. Don't waste your time or money on this product.
