Great product.
I have been impressed with the help I have had with symptoms since taking happy geeens. I had read reviews and heard other women speak highly of this product and am happy to have bitten the bullet and given it a try.
Purchased in May 2020 at Happy Hormones for $60.

Product previously good - customer service not
I have previously purchased this item with no issues (product or customer service). When my last two bottles arrived in late January, I contacted the company about an issue with it tasting very vingerary and undrinkable. I suspect they had gone off during the very hot summer. One bottle was a very light yellow (not the green liquid I that they report it to be). Read more had previously had this product with nil concerns about the taste (as I understand they don't refund if you don't like the taste). I suspect it may have gone off during transit (as we had a very hot summer and long delays with postage). I had to email for updates on the progress of my request. I eventually requested a refund due to this issue being unresolved, however they wanted me to pay for the postage (which I shouldn't if the product is faulty under Australian consumer law). Unfortunately there is no telephone number to call to have this issued resolved over the phone. They did not update me at all with what the supplier had said, but eventually after 17 emails backwards and forwards Jeff Butterworth emailed me with a 'sorry about the confusion' assuring me it was ok to drink. I'm not sure how they can be 100% sure it is fine without examining my bottle of Happy Greens. This was in early April. Given the recommended three month shelf life, it left me with two weeks to drink 1 Litre of this product (which isn't possible given the recommended dosage). I then reached out on their FB group, where two of their staff asked me for my phone number to call and discuss. I had a message from one staff One staff member called me but I missed the call - so I called back (she was busy) and arranged for her to call me back on a different day. I have not received any further calls to discuss my experience or have heard anything further from the company. To sum up, products are generally great, but very difficult to sort out via email (as no phone number to call) if there is an issue.Purchased in December 2022.
