I bought two. One works a little. Can't be sure if it's recording until you play it. The other one has a snow screen. The instructions are a joke. I have a hard time with reading glasses and a magnified glass. Tells you to reset. There's only one little hole on it and it does nothing. Where's the reset supposed to be.? So far it's junk.

I recieved a hd dvr 2.5 tft lcd screen was able to set eveything up fine butit records in green everything comes up different shades a bit lightnight vision an the information provided doest cover this problem...help?

Hi Monica, I have not had your problem, and cannot replicate the issue, and therefore cannot answer, I would suggest that you go back to supplier, and if they are no help, request a replacement unit as the

Hopalong, I need your help with the HD Portable DVR with 2.5" Screen. I have it working okay, but I would like to set the date and time properly as it's got some date in 2014 and the time is never correct. All the writing on the screen is in Chinese and I can't read Chinese or figure out how to change it to English because I can't read Chinese. The instructions that came with it are no help at all, they simply tell me what all the buttons are for, but I need to know what the writing on the screen says before I can push the right buttons to make it turn into English. Would you be able to scan in your instruction manual and send it to me? If so, get back to me and I'll give you my email address.

Hi, my son set the time and date for me, and he did so quickly i did not learn the way. He said it was too easy, unfortunately I am of the old age before computers. I would suggest that you get a computer literate person, and it will be done before you can blink.
