Can I clean aluminium and enamel baking trays with cerapol?

Hi, Why does Cerapol Ceramic Glass & Induction Cooktop Cleaner no longer come with the white pad around the top section of the tube. I have purchased a scraper and that works well to remove any spills on the glasstop. However, the current version of the tube is just the liquid and does not remove marks such as the place where the saucepan sat while cooking. It was a perfect product before and the current version is substandard. If you have any of the old version left I'm happy to purchase 24 of them.

Where can I purchase Cerapol Ceramic glass & induction CREAM cooktop cleaner. Supermarkets (Woolworths) only sell the liquid which seems not to work as well as the cream did. Also the liquid is very frustrating because before using you have to use a skewer to unblock the tube as liquid sets at tube top.

When it says do not use ceraseal cleaner and the protector on dial marks, prints and designs do you mean the power function on/off areas and the circular booster zones? I have just installed a whi944 induction cook top.

Can you use cerapol ceramic glass and induction cleanser on a mirror splashback?
Thankyou

I'm not sure as it might be slightly abrasive. Call cerapol direct. I'm assuming you have stubborn set on splattered stuff on it? Try steaming or selleys oven clean gel (only in mitre 10) instead. I'd avoid cerapol for general cleaning of glass as it is milky like jif. It would take a far bit of rinsing to remove the milky haze from a shiny mirror surface. It is absolutely perfect for stove tops however. Good luck!

is this product okay to use on an engineered stone bench top. I tried it on a small area that had difficult to remove newspaper print marks and it worked beautifully but I'm concerned if it has a slight cutting action that it might dull the bench over time. However if it doesn't dull the glass cook tops shouldn't it therefore be safe on the bench top. Do you know it's alkalinity ? Thanks for any advice

Hello there. I wish I could answer your questions but your guess is as good as mine.
I would probably say it's better to be safe to not use it on anything other than glass materials. There would have to be some sort of cutting action because some of the tools that I've used before the cerapol had no effect whatsoever.
My best bet is to contact Hillmark directly about your concerns as they should have a clearer understanding on their own products.
Hope everything goes well and thank you for choosing me as your mentor haha.
Hi and thanks for taking the time ;-)
I personally would not use it on anything but glass or ceramics.
I accidentally got some on kitchen laminex bench top and it has dulled it.
I would suspect that continual use on stone would also eventually have a detrimental effect.
As per packaging, its primary use is stove top glass and ceramics, and warns against use on knobs and markings

Can I get scratch marks off an induction cooktop with cerapol?
kge1977asked
Just recently purchased ceramic black electric cooktop and after using a frypan on particular element noticed few scratches not happy but a couple of smudged burnt kinda marks/ patches but seems to be the burnt smudge marks under the glass what causes that?
was recommended to use this product what do you think?
advice!!!!

This product isn't going to get rid of scratches only the marks and grime. I have never had a problem with my black cooktop scratching so I really can't think what to do.
