It's a horrible washing machine
This is a horrible washing machine it doesn't spin properly my towels wringing wet it doesn't wash blankets and it makes more noise than a 40 piece orchestra, it also shakes was spinning and I'm waiting for it to dance down the street, don't waste your time and don't ruin your clothes and don't buy this machine, washing cycles are ridiculously long to get up to the the longest spinning cycle will you stuck with the quicker Swan which then they come out dripping wet, had more torn clothes since owning this ridiculous machine if I wanted ripped clothes I drip the myself I don't need a washing machine to do it for me. It really is bad, just bad.
Can't wash towels or blankets. Spin cycle doesn't really dry anything off very well.
Nothing smells as fresh or clean as my last one. Can't wait for it to break so I can get a different one. Judging by the amount of problems I've had so far, shouldn't be long now.
Buyer beware!
I purchased this 18-month old machine from marketplace one month ago and it has never spun towels properly, leaving them quite wet even after following up with a spin-only cycle. So I contacted customer service an was told that the 6 year warranty is voided if machine is sold. Thanks Hisense. I’ll know to never purchase nothing I yours again!

Don’t purchase
Worst washer ever, has torn multiple items of clothing/bedding. Loves to suck smaller garments like socks & underwear & block the drain. Do your self a favour & stay clear of this machine .

Awful
Haven't even finished paying it off and it's already struggling. Can't complete wash cycles consistently after only three weeks. The position of the knob suggests the cycle has completed, but the door remains locked and the drum is still full of water. Turn it off/unplug it and try to restart cycle or override to spin and dry function, no success. Can't alter the cycle options so I'm stuck repeating the spin cycle until the machine manages to comply and actually complete the cycle.

Terrible Machine Do Not Buy
Machine died just outside warranty period. The machine has always been EXTREMELY loud and the controls are not intuitive at all. Some of my (machine washable) clothes have been ruined by the machine. After having horrible experiences with it for the last 2 years, the machine just stopped functioning. It has been used 1-2 times/wk with long periods zero use. Still fills water but the drum does not rotate and it produces a burning electrical smell. It costs more to have someone look at it and fix it than it does to just buy a better (second hand) machine. I knew I was taking a risk by buying a cheap brand with a poor reputation, will not do this again.

Only company ???????hat has 2 different door locks for the hisence. hwf m1802. Front loader
They make the same front loader but have different door locks for same machine only difference is the model number both exactly the same thing looks the same. No untold trouble trying locate the door lock supplied sent one listed from ....major supplier ..... here in adelaide wrong one SENT. . Not there fault. They were unaware also contacted hisense sent email back and forth. Not good. Pr still awaiting what there going to do. Been repairing white goods over 30 yrs never ever had this much trouble before
Crap washing machines
Right from the gecko never washed very well hate this washing machine should have stuck to a Bosch
Don’t waste your money.
I’ve had it for 2 and a half years and the pump has stopped working, so it doesn’t drain anymore. Save your money and buy something else.

Tearing my clothes and leaking
Tearing my clothes and laundry bags.leaking water but their technicians insist that there is no problem. Very incompetent and rude technicians. Customer support also not helpful- they say that they cannot do anything about the machine. The machine is not being overloaded as I have a small family. Fed up and disappointed with this appliance. I will never buy a hisense product again!

This is a great washing machine
I love the variety of different settings with the machine, I put a mixture of everything in this machine and it always comes out perfect.
I love how I can use it attached to the cold water tap but it still heats up the water.
We are a family of 6 and have had this machine for 2 years so far.

I can't live with it don't buy one
I hate the Hisense washing machine it's is a very loud washing machine I won't buy it again it's like a jet is taking off in the house and it's gets very loud I have even had a burning Smell in the machine and it's leaks water from the front door it even locked on its own with out anything in it

Perfect for a small family
I do all my washing in this washing machine! There's nothing I wouldn't wash in it. It's quite and efficient, doesn't jump around like other machines on a spin cycle. Slick and modern, great addition to a new home!

Have had the machine just over 12 months have had the pump replaced once already. All the plastic inserts have broken off the drum and have to constantly fix leaks from the drain

My HWFM8012 Hisense front loading washing machine door won't open. There is a completed load inside. We have disconnected from the power at the wall, etc., but no luck. Anyone know what to do? Your assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Andy
How much water is used on a Quick 15 minute wash?
Have used various wash cycles and varying amounts of detergent and fabric softener but can only get nice results if I then dry washing in the dryer. If I put washing on outdoor washing line the clothes, sheets and towels dry unevenly and stiff
