i-Tech

This is too much wasting time; I ordered in November 2022; I received the order in March 2020. My order has been cancelled thrice. Too much wastage of time and created too much frustration.

I got the battery charger I ordered from the website fast. I also checked in to find out when my order would be ready for delivery given the latest delays of goods from China. They let me know that they had stock and delivered with 2 days or me submitting my order.

The price attracted me to their site, very extensive range of tech products,
Easy to navigate, lots of info on each product, the product is sturdy, portable and works as described. Very satisfied and would recommend to everyone.

I lost my Galaxy Note 9 S Pen and could not get any assistance from Stockists or Samsung themselves. Looked online and could then only find a blue & yellow one (wanted black) but then found i-Tech and not only did they have a Black one, it was competitively priced and delivered so quickly to me. These earbuds are not Low Latency and as a result are no good for watching TV due to the sound delay.
The charging case is difficult to open and it is hard to know if the buds are charging.

There was a tiny glitch in the delivery (multiple shipments without clear indication - hence it looked like an item was missing), but a quick email to sales cleared this up and the missing item arrived later in the day.
