First of all, this pillow is best for side sleepers because it is a very firm pillow. Do not expect softness even if it is made of memory foam. It is firm enough to support your neck when you sleep on your side. Very good paired with a medium to firm mattress. You can just lie on your side all night long. Not too expensive too. Good work, IKEA. I finally found a pillow that suits my requirement.
