The new baby shampoo appears to be a diluted resemblance of the old. And it's terrible. Return to the original or bemoan your plummeting sales. I cannot imagine others feeling differently.

New formula ok on hair but irritates skin. Apparently they had to change formula as some of the old ingredients were linked to cancer. New formula probably here to stay.

New bottle has got me crazy. Burning itchy scalp neck ears. It is awful. The old formula never bothered me. I used it for many years. This new bottle is yellow with pump not working very well.

New bottle is yellow. Product is clear and more watery. The new bottle design is too large around the middle making it cumbersome.the new plunger design doesnt deliver enough product and doesnt function properly. Why mess with something that was soo good ?

Can't stand the smell of the baby shampoo. Bring back the old fragrance PLEASE! Used it for my children who are now in their late 30s and husband is sensitive so used it too. Gives me terrible headache if I go in the room. Zero stars from me.

I have used Johnsons Baby Shampoo for over 25 years. The new formula irritates the scalp and has no conditioning.
Im on the war path. Its crap. Bring back original_formula.

I have been using Johnson's Baby Shampoo for well over 20 years. The new formula is absolutely terrible. I used it only twice and it has left my hair like straw and scalp dry and burning. I am an adult and would not like to think what it does to a baby's scalp! It doesn't make sense. Why change something that works!

I Do Not like the new formula at all. Neither the smell nor the feel of the product. Not going to buy it any more. The pump broke as well and we had a hard time getting it to open. Bring back the old formula please. Or make two so people can choose.

I have chemically-treated hair and I was advised by a local salon to just use baby shampoo because of its mild formula and it didn't fail me. I noticed that my hair is no longer dry and limp. the mild formula made my hair softer than how it used when I used other brands.

I have used your Baby shampoo for nearly 60 years but will no longer. The new formula is terrible and leaves my hair dry and limp. I hope you will return the old product or I wont purchase any more. My granddaughters hair is frizzy. Terrible product. Please return the old shampoo.

I have bought this for my family for what seems like ever!! NOT ANY MORE!! The old fragrance was so lovely and comforting, the new "Improved Formula" is just terrible. It smells so chemical! Also hair is left dry and scalp is itchy! Why oh why do you do things like that???? Will never buy again! ☹️☹️☹️

Our whole family has used this product for many years. The new improved formula is the worst smelling body product we have ever had in the house. We can smell it on us no matter how well we rinse. Please bring back the original formula we all grew up with or we'll have to look for something else.

We have used Johnson and Johnson baby conditioning shampoo for a few years now but when we bought the "new formula" today it sent us gagging out of the bathroom. It smells like rancid mangoes rotting in the grass in the backyard. There is no way we will buy this again.

We have been using this shampoo for many years, we are very disappointed with the new "improved" brand, the smell is terrible, beyond description, and it last many hours, it is as terrible as those strong fluoride solutions used for dental procedures in dentist offices, we cannot use the bathroom for hours. We have to leave the windows open for hours each time it is used.

Absolutely disappointed with this 'New Formula'. This shampoo has been in the household for many years, after purchasing the 'New Formula' I immediately checked to see if I had bought the wrong one before realising it's the new and 'improved' formula. I will never repurchase and they've lost a customer.

I have been using this shampoo for years but recently purchased a new bottle and immediately noticed the smell. It's very different and smells bad with some extra ingredients that wasn't in the old ones (e.g. Honey? Why?) Wishing they had not changed it as now I have to find a new product to use.

Have been using Johnson's baby Shampoo for a very long time but have now found the 'New Formula' is causing dry and itchy scalps in our house. Am so saddened to think that what was a simple, safe, effective shampoo now has a 'new formula' which probably means it is now full of unnecessary chemicals. Why fix what ain't broke….. Will now have to find another shampoo and hope that your 'new formula' doesn't cause too many problems for our newborn babies…..

I have been using J&J Baby Shampoo for 25 years, an effective shampoo and the only one I found which does not cause itching scalp. Now this year 2015 out comes an "Improved Formula" version, which instantly causes itching. Why couldn't J&J leave well alone, so now the long journey to find an alternative. So disappointing.

I've always used this product, not just for the baby but for the entire family. However, when we moved to Australia we bought the same johnson's products here, but we end up being disappointed. The smell is terrible, nothing to do with the "original smell" or at least with the one present in european products of the same brand, which gives you the sense of pleasure and relaxation. Also the effect on hair and skin is completely different, instead of soft and hydrated your hair and skin gets dry and scratchy. I'm really sad with such difference in products (we were obliged to search for another brand).... :(
