Placed an order, received confirmation email, money taken from my card and then nothing further, Phone number disconnected and no reply to any of my emails inquiring about when my order will be delivered or wether I could receive a refund! Worst customer service ever! The website needs to be disabled if you are no longer on business. An absolute disgrace to continue taking people’s money with no intention of fulfilling orders! Will be contacting consumer affairs.

Ordered on 22nd May nothing yet & no answer to any of my email or calls,the phone says this number is disconnected when i ring & the mobile number ive left 2 messages.

I ordered a sun cover for my pram 3 weeks ago. Been charged for the item and received confirmation email. But...item not shipped and no further correspondence.
Tried to ring but the number is not connected. I emailed and received a standard ‘we’ll get back to u’ reply but no one has actually gotten back to me.
Sooooo frustrated. I actually need the items I’ve paid for.
Don’t know if the company is even still running - seems a little dodgy.
Would not recommend shopping here if u want the tens u pay for.

I paid for a connection piece for my pram 2 weeks ago and when I try to track it there is no update. I have tried emailing and ringing. There is no response to emails other than a generic 'we'll get back to you' and the phone number says it is disconnected. Has this company gone into receivership???

I ordered a bassinet stand over 2weeks a go now- fully paid for and even got a confirmation email but am yet to receive any further correspondence about when I will receive it and nobody will return my calls (one number says it’s disconnected and the other nobody answers) nor a reply from any email enquires I’ve sent....would love to know how to contact someone and when I can expect the product I paid for...

Ababy have outstanding customer service fast dilivery i have shoped with them over the past 2 years from brand new prams to buagboo parts and accessories i have never had a problem with them and they are always willing to help if i have questions
