Give this iron for my birthday, thought would be great, hardest iron ever, doesn't remove creases hardly any steam, just rubbish sore wrist trying to get clothes ironed wouldn't recommend.

Husband bought me a Sumo slicer, absolute rubbish would not slice 10 onions for a BBQ, jammed up and had to be taken apart for every onion. hard to take apart top would not come off and then my husband cut his finger trying to empty the cutter. This is a complete bit of trash I am going to send it back.

I just received my package from kleva Sharp the non-stick pan x 2, the microslicer and the veggie strainer but when I received my package the plastic seal was open and no Micra slices and no veggies strainers. Not impressed

Do not purchase a Sumo Slicer unless you understand the difference between "Flat" and "Smooth." As I'm not a literary genius I missed the subtle nuance. It seems that the Sumo will only stick to a "Smooooooth" surface not a "Flat" surface.
"It's in the TV Ad," they said "Smooth Surface" not "Flat surface." I had to consult a dictionary to understand the difference! They were good enough though to offer for ME to ring THEM to get a few tips to make it work. Apparantely, it's a simple matter of putting a towel down, then placing a plate on top of the towel, then adhering the Sumo Slicer to the plate! Call me weird but I wasn't happy with this solution!
As I don't have a PHD in Consumerism I won't be purchasing from Klevarange again.

Purchased tv special! Special included free garlic peeler. Not received and on making enquiry was told that I had ordered different special, I had not and as on web site ordered accordingly. Was told by them they would supply them "Free of Charge" but I had to pay postage! I had already paid postage on the order and should not have to pay again. Customer service person was not interested unless I paid postage. Make sure you check all the offers as you may not be getting what you wanted.

The best pans we have had!. Have never bought anything from a TV ad before but we went for it and certainly don't regret it. My husband is a chef and he loves them!

Ordered a product sumo slicer from this company and it was despatched via Couriers Please and this company has delivered it to Narwee Newsagency and expect me to pick up from there when I paid for a door to door service
Rang Kleva who were no help and told by them that I would have 2 options have the item replaced once first order is returned or I pick up from Narwee when we are located in Riverwood Customer service ZERO
Will never buy any Kleva products again and it is a shame that the morning shows on channel 9 advertise their items

Duster & extension pole doesnt stay extended when the duster goes in a vertical angle. I got a stick from the garden and some sticky tape which did the job better.

This product is rubbish, turns your food to mush, and the blades are blunt. Make sure you read the reviews before buying. Will be throwing it into the bin, very disappointing.

I ordered two Sumo Slicers and gave one to my daughter. I love the product, make salads so much easier My slicer would not stick to my bench, but a simple phone call and the base was replaced. Excellent customer service

I am very disappointed but the slicer component of the sumo slicer will not cut anything and is so blunt . I will be returning this product and would not engage with the company again.

I have the Iwantar Ironfast UV iron. It does a decent (but stock standard) job of ironing. You cannot iron over any motifs on clothes as advertised and I have tried severall times to make it magically steam away wrinkles from hanging items like in the ads but it simply does not do this. It's just an iron.

After seeing the "glossy" TV advert I contacted Kleva Range to find out more about their company policies for damaged goods when received by me; goods lost in transit; type & cost of insurance cover and after promising me to email the info they have ignored my requests. I have phoned them three times and nothing but exscuses ("Person that I need is out of office, etc, etc").
I buy a lot of different stuff on the Net and these people can not be trusted!
Do not do business with them!

Worked really well until the top wouldn’t slide off After I had used it Dismantled all parts for rinsing and clear Perspex top wouldn’t release I have 2 and both have done the same thing

I tried onion, fennel, mushrooms, leek, and a few other things in this. Doesn't work. items get stuck, and mulched. Wasted half the veges and ended up having to chop by hand anyway. I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased. There is a good reason the video only shows carrot, zuccini and cheese as I expect that is all it works for, although I didn't try, other reviews said as much. What a waste of money

I wouldn’t waste your money on the product. It’s blades are not sharp and therefore you waste a lot of the product putting it in the machine. If you grate a lot of carrot and cheese you may have a use for this product, but it stops there. If you notice it only ever cuts cheese, zucchini and cucumber. That’s because that is really all it does. The ‘free’ bag sealer is another waste of money. It doesn’t seal the product and one does a poor job after multiple tries. It’s a shame this product doesn’t do as it is meant to it would have been good.

In a moment of weakness, I ordered yet another product from the television. Tonight I tried to whip up some sweet potato chips and what a drama. I have to agree with others, the blades just aren't sharp enough and you end up wasting most of the product with it getting stuck or not getting close enough to the blade. I too got two for $69, promising a friend he could have the other. I have since called him to let him know that I will instead put the second unit in the bin, just as I will be doing with the first.

I can't understand the people who say this is a useless product. I find it very easy to use. Grates cheese beautifully.I now make the best salads.I also find it easy to clean.
