I bought this out of desparation after being ripped off for non stick cookware that costs hundreds of dollars from the mainstream brands that do not last and start sticking.
A friend of mine sugested buying Stone Blast pans from Kmart, after having a trouble free run with them.
I bought a 32cm frying pan and a 22cm casserole dish, both came with glass lids.
I have to say that 6 months in, there has been no sticking at all no matter what I am cooking. The heat is spread evenly with no hot spots and they leave the other brand for dead. Both are dishwasher safe.
At a cost of around $25 each, they are exceptional value and I am glad that I listened to my friend!
