Great Car and Brilliant Service
This has been my second Lexus - absolute pleasure to drive and have been extremely happy with the purchase. Drives very well and the car is well designed. The interior is impeccable, excellent trims and dashboard is very appealing. The vehicle is smooth to drive and very economical on the fuel.

Even better than previous model
My previous Lexus was the 2009 RX450h (hybrid) and I thought it was fantastic. Just purchased the RX350, it is even better, can't compare the fuel efficiency as obviously the previous car was hybrid and the new car I'm regularly towing a float however getting 13.5ltr to 100klm. Love everything about the new Lexus, so comfortable and the interior is top quality. Heads up display is fantastic, you can see the speed and GPS directions in the windscreen which is of great help when you have a 'L' driver. The new drive mode select, button on con...Read more
sole, allows you to go between Eco, Sport and Sport S+. All handle well, however you can really notice a difference in the Sport S+. Everything tightens up and handles really well. The sound system is so good, it's better than in my house. Plenty of room in the back for storage. Touchless power back door, great when hands are full of shopping. Super quiet, everyone comments on how quiet. 360 deg camera, no excuses for hitting anything when parking. Headlights go around corners with you. The mouse knob you use to change features etc is a little tricky/touchy at first however doesn't take long to get used to. Such a smooth car to drive - should be more of them used as hire cars. Fantastic car, lovely sales people and especially good customer service.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

After 10 years of driving European cars and being treated like shit wanted a change
It's quite really quite. So far love the adaptive cruise and handling around bends is excellent it is really stable at high speeds.
Love thee fact that accessories like all weather mats don't cost a fortune.
The steering response is great and Lane keep assist works well accept it does prefer if you are more towards the right of the Lane.
It's not a full on impressive car like the European ones but I love that every thing just works .
Don't like the fact that enform software doesn't work with Android 7.0.
Haven't figured out why it warns ...Read more

Thinking of buying RX450 sport luxury, but cannot find too much honest opinions. How much are services? Has anyone had any major issues with this model?

Hi,
My car is RX350 so I can't give you the direct feedback but I did test drive RX450. It was quiet and stop-and-go function was smooth as well. The shift change was smooth as well. Before my current car, my cars were VW (14 years of Polo, Golf and Tiguan). I'm very happy with Lexus RX350 but it lacks power IMO. But it's perfect for city drive.
I don't know the cost of service as the first service is free for all Lexus and I have free service for 4 years...
Sorry I can't be much help...
thank you TwinkleX.
Hi there, ours is two years old and we just had the 24 month service completed at our Lexus dealer - we were quoted up to $745.00 by them for that particular service, which was fine. When we picked the vehicle up, the cost was only $614.50 - so that was a pleasant surprise - as was the entire service experience with them including use of a brand new NX Fsport for the day (as part of the encore privileges thing) and a small hamper of chocolate and nuts and things aswell, a nice touch not to mention the car was immaculately cleaned inside and out - ours is an RX 350 FSport, not the hybrid, so not sure if servicing costs are any higher due to the different drivetrain/battery banks etc - not sure.
We also had VWs before the Lexus (Golf GTi MK6 and a Golf R Mk 7) and servicing costs were on average $350-$450 each time so not 'heaps' more for the Lexus - I really think it's a myth that Lexus cars are expensive to service !!?
Great cars though, you'll love it !!
