I recently attended a birthday party at Lollipops Play land Castel hill. The place is very old dilapidated and needs to be shut down. It is dangerous and the staff are teenagers with no qualifications. There are no adults managing the place. My daughter took a fall in the party room where the floor was slippery and wet. The host didn't care about the safety of children. After my daughter was hurt and crying she came up to us and said sorry you are hurt but did you have fun. I am disgusted at this place. It should be shut down now.

I was waiting to leave with my 7 month and 4 year old Grandsons and was told that I could not leave without a ticket....what I was stealing these kids??? Half an hour after emptying baby bag, etc.. the twit let us out I even said i will call the police and he said do what you have to. Lost the dummy and had an unhappy baby went back and he slowly went back and said no can't find. Never going back again its a shame there aren't more Chipmonks around. NannaTracey from Greenmount.

Never ever going back there. Extremely terrible. Front desk staff are a pain to deal with! My 16 year old daughter walked in with my 4 year old niece, and the way the young lady treated my daughter was disgusting. I do not recommend it at all!

Lollipop is highly overrated and definitely should be banned from running their business. They just way too commercial with horrible service. Food is disgusting for the money we paid. Moreover restrict us from bringing food from outside. It's basically ripping people's hard earned money!!! They should just restrict themselves to the play land and allow people to get their stuff from outside.

It's embarrassing to serve their below average food to our dear friends and family. Food they serve is so bad.

Just a money making business rather give charity than celebrating birthdays over there..

They should close down and stop misusing people's money.

Atrocious!!!

Yesterday (27the of Feb) I had my son's first birthday at the Carrum Downs centre. Not only was my party host new and untrained but the service was shocking. She wasn't there half the time and also made everyone feel uncomfortable. She also took the cake away even after being told we weren't done with it. Not only that but my 4 year old niece went to go in the ball pit but was very roughly pulled back by one of the older female workers and told that she was too old to be in there. My niece was left so upset that not only was she pulled off the ball pit but some stranger approached her and was very rude! I do not recommend this place at all.

I took my 4 year old kid and it's overpriced compare to the facilities they offer and an adult have to buy entry ticket so that's just a trick to make money. Staff is so rude and busy doing there own things such as talking and checking phone. I order a sandwich and it took 25 minutes even when they had no other order. Chips refried and over cook. Will not go back again and don't waste your time money and efforts to go there.

This play centre is totally child orientated with a safe and friendly environment. We have had several parties at this centre and have not worried about where the kids are. It is open and there are very few places for kids to get lost. The free coffee for parents and the excellent quality of food is also inviting. The owners are very accommodating and also offer free Wi-Fi for busy parents. It can get a bit expensive if you go often however I find the experience enjoyable and my children have hours of fun and never want to go home.
Safe, fun and friendly environment.
