Try factory reset.
Clean up unused app and data. Firmware upgrade may required.
Try switsh off, unplugg the wire for 20 sec.. Then plug back in and press and hold vol + key on remote. Then press the main power button. If you have firmware upgrade ready by the flash drive. Type the TV model No.. In a search box select yr TV model then click on download link.

have a kogan smart tv "KALED553DSMTZA" that says loading when powered on. I have formatted a USB, plugged it into usb1 and held down "volume up" when powering on to upgrade the firmware, as per your website.
