What can I Do? Is there a way to do a firmware upgrade via a network cable or wifi connection?

I have recently purchased a 43" smart TV model is KALED43UHDZB. I had no issue on the first 2 days after setting it up for the first time but now have no power. I have looked at your advice on main power switch and also the reset but have still had no luck. There is definitely power from the wall as I have plugged another appliances and it has worked. Is there any other advice you can give me??
