When I turn my kogan 48" led tv off by power switch it wont come back on for 24 hrs or more then suddenly it comes good and I can turn it on again. If I just leave it on standby and use remote to operate it there is no problem. Unfortunately I am in the habit of turning televisions off at the power switch. How can this problem be fixed??

I have an issue where the TV is rebooting and getting stuck on the white kogan loading screen.

Similar to other on this page, my 47" KALED473DSMTZA was reboot by itself and is not stuck on the loading page. I have downloaded and tried to install the firmware but it gets stuck on 2%. Is there a fix?

As well as that, we recommend downloading the firmware update file again, just in case it's become corrupted in downloading.

The first thing to try would be a "power cycle": simply switch it off at the hard power switch or at the wall and turn it back on after 15 minutes. This usually puts most software bugs right.

Followed the instructions from Kogan website i.e. downloaded the firmware upgrade to usb. Inserted usb into usb 1 and pressed volume button continually while pressing master power switch until blue screen appeared. All seemed to be going well until it stopped at search usb storage (or stoage - the word on the screen). Assistance needed!

My t.v keeps rebooting itself.. it loads without going to the home screen then turns off and loads the channel with no sound then turns off and loads again and tell me launcher has stoped working and reloads again and again etc etc takes anywhere from 30minutes to 1hr to load to be able to watch... how can i fix this issue? its very frustrating.

My 47" Kogan 3D TV has no built in bluetooth. It has built in wireless but it is not great as video clips from the internet stop/start constantly as they try to catch up.
