My TV won't actually do anything. I get the initial display saying "smart tv loading" but then it just goes back to a white screen with the "kogan" logo. It does this back and forth from one screen to the next but nothing more. Any suggestions???

Hi Attnseeker69,
Thanks for your question.
The issue that you have outlined should be easily resolved with a firmware update. You can search the product code of your TV for instructions on how to do so here:

I cant able to get the tv working.
Whenever i turn on the tv unit the error message: unfortunately system setting has stopped, unfortunately launcher has stopped, unfortunately tv has stopped, comes on straight away.Nothing works other than this message even from the remote control.
I tried to reset the tv getting help from online but nothing happened and no luck.
Is there any other external switch or something from tv to reset to factory settings?

Hi Dpraveen,
Thanks for your question regarding the Agora Smart TV's!
You should be able to perform a factory reset of the unit by entering the menu when in DTV mode and selecting 'function' > 'Reset' and following the prompts.
This will hopefully resolve the issue that you have outlined here. If the issue is ongoing, please get in touch with our friendly support team at the link below:
