I have same problem with the charger part and chainsaw
Charger and chainsaw was no good at all got 2 days work and nothing but problems they told me to send back for a check up on saw thats the job i did probably 3.4 hrs work on the saw . I bort this as a combo deal Hedge trimmer and blower a still running perfectly.

Having problems with the charge
I like the style and balance of this grinder but I have only used it twice and there is something wrong with the charger/battery. When grinder runs flat I put the battery on the charger but charger indicates that battery is full and not charging. Then when using the grinder it keeps stopping.
