He did an amazing job restoring our tired, leaking shower to a brand new, clean, waterproof and gleaming one. He was so neat and tidy, that you wouldn't even know he'd been here. My shower was leaking,the membrane had broken down. Megasealed removed the cracked porous grouting and replaced with waterproof epoxy, coloured to match that existing. Very neat job, looks a million bucks and will prolong the life of the bathroom. Cost effective and efficient. Prompt reliable and highly I recommend.

This is the second time I have used Megasealed. First time was a major balcony job, second time to reseal a leaking shower. Both times they were professional, efficient, punctual and did a great job.

We had Megaseal come to our holiday apt to fix a leaking shower, they had someone there the next day found the leak and have repaired it. We have not been able to get back to apt just yet but what gives me peace of mind is that there is a 3year guarantee so if there is a problem they will fix it without any problems Good service and very efficient

Staff turned up on time to repair my leaky shower and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Megasealed were reasonably priced and staff also did a quick patch up in another bathroom for no extra cost.

Megaseal said they could fix our shower without ripping up tiles - after 10 months started leaking again into ceiling downstairs - when asked to come and look at as it was still under warranty they blamed it on house movement and not covered by warranty - $2200 cast to repair what they said they would do

Not happy product doesn’t work lucky to get 6 months before shower leaks again. Service department never returns calls ( 3 weeks and still waiting ). Very much a bandaid company 4 times they have tried to fix it and yet it still leaks months later. They charge a fortune for a very dodgy service.

Victoria come out and gave me a few options on how best to fix the issue with our balcony. Danny the tiler did a good job and our balcony looks a good as news and fingers cross doesn't leak anymore. Thanks.

Used Mega Sealed back in 2015 to fix our leaking shower base. Now the shower base is leaking again and they will not honour their 25 year product warranty saying that there are cracks in the grout from the house shifting. Seems like they will use any excuse not to honour their own warranty.

Woman from Melbourne attended my property and was nothing but rude patronising and dismissive. I had explained the waterproofing was done 3 years ago and could not believe I was being told it had to be done again. Will never use them again.

Megasealed contained a waterproof issue in 2015, failed 2017, fixed and failed again 2020. [name removed] and [name removed] (Brisbane) attended. They were extremely rude and blame their faulty product and workmanship on anything that has nothing to do with their product. Trying to say its a structural issue with our house. (Is that why the only tile grout that is cracked is in the shower where they put their product is, but yet all the other tiles in our house have no grout issues!!
The 25 year warranty is bull. The receptionist [name removed] is rude and has so much attitude!
Time to call ACCC and get lawyers involved.

they did not do the regrout properly 2nd time now. had to go to fair trading nsw and its been a nightmare. staff made.claims and never backed them up once.

Just got abused by tiler from megasealed greater west for questioning his professionalism. He was about to start tiling over tacking waterproofing that was painted on only the day before. Tried to tell me that tacky was not wet so therefore it was ok to tile over.

Renata came to quote my shower. Never heard back from here again...
Called head office twice in the 8 business days that followed. One offshore call centre and one Australian based office. Weird. Both times I was told that someone would contact me. They never did.
Don't waste your time.

Megasealed did a brilliant job with sealing up my balcony. Contrary to what you hear in most reviews about them, they are actually really good(At least my experience was) The balcony still looks fresh and they led me to this article about how you can prolong the shine.

Megasealed were very helpful over the phone, booking a time for inspection was nice & easy. Brendan inspected my 2 showers and was prompt on arrival and friendly. Later, Hameed came to reseal both showers and was fast & efficient, did a great job at completely resealing both shows in under 4 hours! And he was polite & very tidy. Great customer service & very nice looking resealed showers, looking almost like new! Thank you Megasealed !
