In my view I’ve been a good supporter of MX Store over the past 12 months, however, I will never, ever buy from them again!! An incorrect item was shipped to me and the amount of time and effort spent trying to get a refund was exhausting and unnecessary! Then to be penalised $8 for sending back the wrong item doesn’t seem fair?! Support your local dealers I say! ECom might have some benefits but from what I’ve experienced... Forget about it!!

MXstores range of products is awesome but what I love more is the customer service from their staff. It is my goto online shop for bike related products.
I would love to get down to see the actual store someday.

Purchased a new Clark 14.4 LT fuel tank for my Honda XR400 2004. After my first ride of 3 hours it developed a leak. MX store who I purchased the tank from after 14 days have no answer for a warranty claim. Why by local ? MX store says no answer from supplier. I bought from MX Store not supplier direct? Does Australian Consumer Law ring any bells!!! 14 days?

After breaking the 'bars on my Gas Gas recently,was very happy to find a set of Renthals in a trials bend, in the Mx store catalogue at a far cheaper price than the Trials specialty store was offering. Ordered on Tuesday night arrived on Friday morning.

I have ordered quite a lot of products from this store.
I have contacted them on several occasions about bombing me with emails With the same email at least 3 times a week, asking about giving the MX store a rating.
[name removed] told me it's an automated service.
I have already submitted a rating which was positive, I called them to remove me from the subscription mailing list and Said it would be.
I'm still getting them which I becoming a dead set pain in the a*#.
If you guys send through another request for a rating it's not going to be nice.
