I am a regular customer and have been using My Perfect Facial for quite a while and am happy with the results. But the gel runs out when I still have powder left. This is building up and I now have 2 full jars of powder and no gel even though I follow the instructions. Is the gel available to buy separately? Or is there an alternative I can mix with the powder?
Hi Janice,
You will always have powder left over as we include more to compensate for spillages.
The gel included is enough to complete the amount of treatments purchased.
Unfortunately we do not have gel spare however we are looking into reducing the powder in the kits to prevent wastage.

Why do I run out of my perfect facial activator gel before all the other products are empty in the kit
Is MY PERFECT FACIAL or any ingredients used tested on animals?

My Perfect products are not and never have been tested on animals Our My Perfect Facial kit, My Perfect Day and My Perfect Night cream do contain marine collagen, therefore these do contain traces of fish bi-products due to the nature of the product.
However, the fish are not farmed for this purpose and ingredients used are purely a bi-product of the industry.

Can you use more than once a week?

My Perfect Facial is a progressive treatment that is applied like a face mask and removed after half an hour. We recommend to use the product three times in the first week, twice in the second and then once weekly to maintain results. You do get results after the very first use and the more you use the product the better the results will be.

My Perfect Facial will only be affected if your eyes are running while it's on your face. Once it has been washed off it doesn't matter if your eyes are watery.

How soon after using the perfect facial can I apply makeup?
As you only use My perfect facial once a week I usually do it on my no makeup rest day so that the collagen has all day and night to work. So I really can't give you a time frame. Sorry I couldn't be much more help but if you contact the company I am sure they can give you an answer.

We would recommend to wait until the collagen soak has had time to absorb before applying makeup which usually takes the same amount of time as a normal moisturiser would. You are then free to apply anything you want to your face.

Can you use My perfect facial if you have had botox??
Hi Rosie,
We would always recommend talking to your practitioner before using My Perfect Facial as it works by stimulating the muscles whereas Botox works by relaxing the muscles.

I've lost the instructions for my perfect facial. What product goes in what size spoon?

Please see the instructions below:
• Thoroughly wash the face and neck area, preferably with My Perfect Wash (a gentle foaming amino acid facial wash for radiant visibly clear skin) and My Perfect Wave (a Sonic powered facial brush for a deep cleanse experience).
• Blend 4ml (Medium spoonful) of Elevating powder with 6ml (Large spoonful) of Activator Gel until a thin paste is achieved.
• Apply to neck and face using the brush provided. Starting at the base of the neck use upward and outward strokes for best results. Avoid the eye and lip area.
• Avoid any facial movement while the product is drying (approximately 8 mins). Do not be alarmed by the ‘tightening’ sensation as My Perfect Facial begins the toning process.
• For optimum results leave the treatment to work for up to 30 minutes.
• Remove with warm water using a soft cloth with circular motions. Pat face and neck dry
• To complete each treatment, apply 2ml (small spoonful) Collagen Soak all over the face and neck in upward out outward strokes.
• Best results are achieved when applied in a relaxed undisturbed environment.

We advise it is like a gym for your skin, with continued use the results will be maintained. Once usage stops the results will start to diminish.

I have used my perfect facial twice now, so still have three treatments left, the first time was fine but tonight it has Burt my face & I have very pronounced burn like lines all over my face & neck?? My brothers funeral is on Wednesday how can I fix this?? Very disappointed!

Can I use perfect eyes and facial together?
Hi Donna,
These 2 products work completely differently. As the eyes need to be applied to clean dry skin we would recommend using the eyes in the morning to wear throughout the day and then you can use the facial in the evening and apply the collagen soak provided onto the skin afterwards.

I have been reading product reviews on both my perfect eyes and my perfect facial. My question (maybe a dumb one) do you purchase and use both products at the same time or is it best to try one first and then if skin tolerates use the next one? Can I use both together
You could do either, I purchased all at once. I use the facial 3 times a week and my perfect eyes under make up when I got out somewhere fancy and want those pesky eye lines to vanish.....

My Perfect Eyes and My Perfect Facial are two completely different products with different ingredients. My Perfect Eyes is a cosmetic product that lasts up to 8 hours to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and puffiness around the undereye area. My Perfect Facial is more of a treatment which you apply to your whole face and neck area for half an hour and it isn't until you wash it off that you see the results of the product!
You can most certainly use the products in the same day, each product works wonderfully and just as well on their own also!
