The itching will lessen the more the facial is used and will come to a point where it doesn't itch at all.
The redness is also normal as the facial works to reduce blood flow encouraging the muscles to work harder.

The consistency of the facial should be a very thin.
We do not recommend adjusting the measurements as these are the specific amounts needed to work.
We advise to use level spoons of each component to get the correct consistency.

My Perfect Eyes cannot be put on top of any oil based product and as the collagen soak does contain oil the effect of My Perfect Eyes will diminish instantly.
I would recommend using the eyes in the morning so you get the effects throughout the day and then you can use the facial in the evening.

There will have been enough products for the specified amount of treatments (5) in your kit if using level spoons as per the instructions. We do allow extra Elevating Powder in our Facial Treatment Kits for spillages and would expect you to have some of this left over. Unfortunately, we don't currently sell the activator gel or Collagen soak separately, but I will pass your comments on to our product development team.

My Perfect Facial is a progressive treatment that is applied like a face mask and removed after half an hour. We recommend using the product three times in the first week, twice in the second and then once weekly to maintain results.
