Best at home wax system yet!
I have to disagree with previous negative comments. The directions and safety instructions are thorough and clear and if followed correctly this product is great and does in fact work. I suppose every hair type is different and it may not be suitable for people with thicker hair or have more of it, in which case they need to have hair removal done by a professional and should not expect the same results with diy products.
After previously using other at home waxing methods, from strips to microwave pots with little satisfaction, I was a bit...Read more
skeptical about trying this one. I have to say it is definitely the most effective product I have tried and worth the money. If I was to be picky I'd say that some of the wax came out of the side of the roller while rolling on but that is only a minor issue. It did the job without too much mess and the wax is super easy to wash off with warm to hot-ish water. I love the fact that the wax washes off the strips and I don't have to spend more money on buying new ones. It also spreads evenly and didn't irritate my skin. Very happy customer and would recommend.

Didn't do crap!
I'm pretty sure it only removed 1 hair after applying it in the same area 4 times in a row. Worst product ever! Now I have to go back in the shower and shave ahhhhg

Good Easy Use Product
Good easy to use product, minimum of mess compared to using a spatula and sugar wax, minimum of time required, will definitely use again.

Glad I bought on a whim
Usually I'm careful buying things and like to do my research first. If I'd done that this time I would never have bought this product. So I am very happy because for me it works perfectly. It is a more complicated product than a pot of wax and spatula, so more things can go wrong. It took me a few goes to work it out (ie half a leg to a leg). I've bought a few wax pots in the past for home diy and been to salons, used shavers, and epilators. This is probably not the kind of product to use if you are a beginner, but great if you have a few clues...Read more
and read the instructions to the letter. Also thanks to the other reviewer who said you can reuse strips - I would never have guessed and didn't see it written anywhere but very easy to clean them and they dry quickly! Very happy with this product, and I will be buying it again. I can get salon results at home in next to no time, it's clean, mess free, cheaper and more convenient for me than a salon.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Worst waxing system ever used
Instructions are complicated.
Heating times are only given for a 900W microwave. Everyone else has to guess and camp by their microwave as they keep heating it in 5 second increments.
Wax goes everywhere when 'flowing' out of the 'roll'.
Ended up removing the cap, putting a knife into the bottle and spreading it that way.
Hairs aren't removed well, if at all.
Wax doesn't wash off skin in lukewarm water, as indicated - needs to be scrubbed off with hot water.
I think this could well have been designed by a beautician who was concerned about losing income by do-it-yourself-ers. Beauticians have nothing to worry about as long as this product is on the market.
I'll be going back to using a pot and spatula with cotton strips....Read more

Not recommended!
I paid 18 dollars for this and it did a terrible job! Does not remove any hair, maybe 10%.. Had to reapply over and over again. Didnt pull out hair, only broke it which caused infected follicles in my bikini area! Very dissapointed, money wasted and now struggling with the infection also. Do not waste your money on this product!
Only the smell
Expensive,unefficent

It's alright
I would give this 5 stars however, I tried waxing my underarms and it was very difficult and left a few more strays than normal. Not to mention it hurt a lot than usual.
On the contrary, it gave a nice even layer of wax and I can wash it off with a towel very quickly
Packaging,
Not as effective

Love it!
I am a Beauty Therapist and I can honestly say this product is salon quality.
I used to wax my arms and it was really easy. I usually just use my wax pot and spatula but I ran out of wax and needed it done. There was no mess or dripping wax.
Easy to use, no mess

i found that the wax was fine but the strips were hopeless, so instead i cut up my old bingtang and that worked perfectly with a result lasting 3 weeks
