Better than others I have dealt with
NaritasI used Naritas to refinance a loan and it was a long drawn out process - mainly due to the bank i was refinancing to.
It was a constant battle to get any significant 'updates' on the progression of my refinance.
There was a couple times I was told by Naritas that settlement would be booked in shortly, only to find out a few weeks later that documents were still being chased up by the bank.
I found that talking to the customer service team was better on the phone than through emails however.
Would I use Naritas again? Yes. Would I refinance to the bank they recommended no.
