Good little unit
I originally gave this a one star as I thought it was a lemon. Worked brilliantly for 3 weeks and then stop working, not charging properly would run for 5 sec after a TWO week charge! After much frustration of having returned it 3 times, it was the owner of Godfrey's at Belrose Supacentre that sussed out what was going on, (top bloke). He noticed what the guys at the warranty department didn't... wrong charger. Somehow things got unplugged and replugged WiFi router with robovac and Visa versa. The thing is, on every occasion I returned the unit it was with the wrong charger. Oh well. Got sorted thanks to owner of Godfreys at Belrose and I am very happy with the unit.

Great little vacuum cleaner for the money
Not wanting to spend a lot of money on my first robot vacuum cleaner I decided on this one for just $199. I didnt expect a lot from it in view of the fact you can spend $2000 or more on similar products but figured I couldnt really go wrong with it being a Hoover brand. And as turned out I am very impressed with its performance. It works just as well on carpet as it does wooden floors. Has multiple time settings and several filters built in. I was amazed at the hair and dust it collected. Highly recommend this little robot for the price and does an excellent job.

Lasts 4 months
For the first two months it was ok for a budget robot vacuum, it followed the edges and did a circular pattern of the floor but with many gaps and it was LOUD. Hardwood floors were swept fairly nicely and hair was picked up well. The edges were done better than the middle and it tended to get stuck under chairs. After about two months the battery seems to provide less and less vacuum time until at around three months it provides approximately 4 minutes vacuuming before it turns off. This isnt enough to do anything, and since its not a return to...Read more
hub for recharge model, it became worthless at this point. While I accept that its an entry level model, I do expect more than 3-4 months working life from a $150 purchase. November 25th 2022 Update: Starts ok, battery deteriorated quickly This is a budget entry level robo vac so I had reasonable expectations. While it was VERY loud, it worked fairly well with a few missed spots. Not terrible but acceptable. The phantom walls didn't work at all. After about 4 months the battery recharging deteriorated to the point where it would vacuum for less than 5 minutes before it ran down. I dont think that less than 6 months is an acceptable life span. Maybe some QA issues, but basic design is sound. I would recommend only if purchased with a 12mth warranty.

Ok for hard floors
Great on wooden floors and tiled floors.
Struggles to get over our woven rug lip/edge, but will work ok once on the rug.
Does not automatically go to charging dock, but not a problem of you are happy to put it back on charge yourself.
Can get stuck on electrical cords.
Ok, but wish I had spent more and bought something more powerful.
