Always Fail
Absolutely appalling business and service.
My ex and I split 3 years ago, and have had nothing but issues since. We've submitted the application they've requested to transfer ownership of the rental agreement on 4 separate occasions, and still no action has been taken.
I've had to call multiple times to fix invoicing issues, as they've not sent a bill for payment in years, and forward outstanding fees straight to Debt Collectors instead.
We asked to cancel the service 6 months ago. Today I've learned they cancelled the water delivery, but ...
Read morenever cancelled the account. We found out because yet again, the debt collectors called for a $60 unit rental fee. No bill received. No communication. The unit has been unplugged, cleaned, and waiting collection for months - my ex didnt think anything of it, because Neverfail still haven't collected 43 empty bottles from the property, despite multiple requests to advise when they are coming. Absolutely abhorrent service. Can never get a hold of anyone because they close at 3:00pm WA Time. The worst business I have ever dealt with - this is 3 years of absolute rubbish to fix a simple problem. Save yourself the time and hassle, and use a different service provider.

Charged for order we didn’t place
We previously dealt with Neverfail but changed to different supplier. After not placing any orders for approx. 4 months we received an order and were subsequently charged for it! Rang ‘customer care’ and were told it was our regular monthly order but when we told them we don’t have a ‘regular order’ and stated the last time we ordered, they agreed to a refund. When delivery driver came to pick up the bottles we didn’t order, he tried to leave two more bottles!! Chased him down and told him to take back everything as we had been refunded. He told me he wanted to leave extra bottles so as not to ‘waste’ the water!? Repeated he was to take everything as we had been refunded. If we are charged again I will lodge a complaint with the ACCC.

Terrible Business
I did cancel order on September 2021. And since May 2022, suddenly they delivered water to my address. When I ask to cancel order and close my account, they said it could not be done. What a joke!
And now debt collector is on their way.

Worse Customer service
Non exist customer service, payment received email received and company denies payment being received then sends email threading legal action.Never answer enquiry emails and trying to get through via phone is impossible without long wait times

Hopeless
I keep getting passive aggressive emails about how “despite several attempts to contact me, my account is still in arrears” despite having my credit card set up to autopay. They make no attempt to pay and their snotty email is the first contact they make. I keep having to go in and manually pay. And to those who are worried that they’re sending you to debt collectors, they aren’t, it’s the companies fake ‘debt collector’ email, one of their staff actually told me this.

The absolute worst company to deal with
Customer service is non-existent. If you have an issue, they will ignore it and pretend nothing is wrong. Don’t even bother trying to speak to anyone there - totally pointless. The plethora of negative reviews speaks volumes and is totally consistent. Give your business and money to a more deserving company

Not a single order on time
Never stuck to the days they were scheduled, cancelled several times without replacement days or notice, no communication at all and every time I spoke to an online agent, they were unhelpful and didn't offer a resolution other than "it's the delivery team, not us." Buy a cooler from office works and save yourself the hassle.

Charged Rental for Unit I paid for over 10 years ago
Neverfail charged rental for a unit l purchased over 10years ago & now sent the outstanding charge to the debt collector. Very Poor service from their accounts team. I’m Very disappointed.

Neverfail to bill you for goods you haven’t even ordered.
Possibly the worst service company I have ever encountered. Firstly the invoicing process on their website is completely faulty so be prepared to never know what you have been charged for (or when).
We placed an order in December and were sitting at home in late APRIL (five months later!) when there was a knock on the door from the delivery driver. Quite humorous really, except it isn’t - the poor guy just rolled his eyes and told us that it happens to him ALL the time.

Honestly you couldn’t get a more disgraceful service from these guys if you tried, and don’t bother calling them to sort it out, the only thing at the end of the phone line (if you ever get through) is the sound of dead crickets. People should be informed of what they owe before you send out debt collectors, how hard is it to fix your invoicing system on your website?! And hire more staff! Terrible Company - Will never use their service again
Neverfail - hah more like Alwaysfail. I have dealt with Neverfail in a business capacity, and have had the worst possible experience. We cancelled our service in September 2021. It has taken until this month (May 2022) to finalise and close our accounts. When we first tried to close the accounts, we found out that we had about 20 invoices still due that had never been sent to us. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. We were told 5 months on that apparently we still had water coolers in our possession (They had been picked up months before). One thing I will say is that the long wait times (waiting 1 hour+ sometimes) on hold to speak to someone and the terrible customer service have improved since first beginning to call in October last year. By the end the people I spoke to where quite lovely, mainly because I found that fact I was calling them 8 months after we ended our service quite laughable. Just because FINALLY closing our accounts ended on a positive note, I still remember the previous months of crap I dealt with that unfortunately leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, I would not recommend using this service unless you love being told you owe invoices that arent yours, and being told you still have watercoolers that you havent had for months. Do not give this company business!
Tried to cancel our account back in September 2021 due to no service and no contact. I was then invoiced an annual renewal fee in January 2022 and then sent to debt collection in May 2022 after being promised the invoice would be credited after they finally came to get the machine. 8 months on and still in the same situation. An absolute joke

Hopeless Service
Instead of a monthly delivery we have waited 2 months no water.
4 calls to Neverfail each time to be put on hold for 5 minutes while they check nothing.
It still didn't speed up delivery.
Accounting is hopeless in the last 12 months, accounts paid and showing on bank rec but they keep sending overdue notices and never fix it.
The service used to be good but it has crashed in the last year.
Solution- But a water filter attached to the sink.

Worst company ever
After cancelling my account, Neverfail randomly delivered. Finally got hold of someone after 8 calls with long hold times and then being disconnected. Promised the delivery would be picked up. It disappeared from my house that day. Now they are sending threatening letters for payment for a product they picked up that should never have been delivered in the first place. Atrocious customer service (if you can call it that).

I can’t even truly describe how terrible the service was. Firstly, their online system failed from the beginning, never told me when my water was coming or when my payments were due. It didn’t take my credit card automatically (like a normal subscription) so I ended up owing them money, but being unable to see this. Someone called asking for the money and “fixed” it so I could pay the owing money. However, money then apparently got “stuck” for two months in their account and I was handed over to a DEBT COLLECTING AGENCY, for money I already pai...

Yet, the agency still demanded money, when I explained this wasn’t my issue and I’d paid, because my money was still “stuck” at Neverfail, they were told to continue pursuing me for my unpaid invoice. I couldn’t even cancel on my end, and despite telling two different people I was done, I was getting unwanted water delivered. I need a refund, so they sent me a form, yet there is no way to return the form to them as they don’t have an email address. I’ll have to wait 30 minutes on a “live chat” just to send them a refund form. I have never been so frustrated with a company before, never left a review, never truly complained, but oh my they have been absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your your time. Good product but after sales is atrocious
After selling my business last year I have called, emailed and texted multiple times to stop texts regarding delivery info and invoices. Nothing has changed and they continue it’s atrocious service. It’s a shame as I was a happy customer for years.

Hi, Does anyone know if this company still exists. I have called many times but you get put on hold. I have gone on to webpage and made an enquiry, but no one gets back. They used to have a live chat, but now they seem to have taken that down??
Anyone tested this water and know if there are additives?? Also anyone taken this matter to court? Thanks
