Pureau of investigations
Great water, think it definitely had some health benefits for me. Think it improved my dreaming ability, wow just wow.... Only bad side is having to go back to regular water when you run out. Nice work!

Love this water
Love the taste and benefits of this water. Thank you. We buy the cask of it for our household but I have never seen the smaller bottles. They would be so convenient for on the go. I live in the Geelong region in Victoria. Can you let me know where you stock these?

Best Water So Far
I am not scientist but I prefer this water over Coles water products. I have also tried Mt Franklin and many of the others available. I don't like bottled water anymore and prefer the casks. This water not only tastes cleaner than the rest but is refreshing. Never had any problems with it and will continue to buy it. Please just try to keep it as clean and pure as possible as I don't want to have to switch products.
May 2nd 2018 Update: Love It - Always more refreshing than other water.
As always. Whenever I buy Pureau water it's a more refreshing and better tasting water then any others I have tried. I don't always purchase it. Buy I switch between Pureau and NeverFail spring water which is also in a cask.
Going down hill
I’ve been drinking this water for years, it was always tasteless, now it’s got a bitter taste, got floaties and it bubble’s like it has detergent in it. You must know what’s going on, don’t close a blind eye just fix the problem. I’m starting to feel unwell to...

No Fluoride then no toxic
The only water source in Australia that doesn't contain Fluoride (HexaFluorosilicic Acid), this compound is toxic people you should stop consuming it as well. Up to you

Best tasting water.
The only water we buy and drink. Wonderful knowing it has no fluoride and other chemicals added. Definitely worth the extra $$ you pay for it.

Great water but box construction has been unreliable recently
We buy four (4) boxes per week and I add quality trace minerals once a day to each of our glasses to fix the mineral problem.
However, the quality of the box construction is longer reliable. Boxes fall apart easily. Some supermarkets where we travelled in various states of Australia recently had empty shelves excpet for 3 or 4 broken boxes. It seems that some supermarkets are not restocking the 10 litre boxes at the moment because the boxes come unstuck and can't be sold. I realise that it could be industrial sabotage but you really need to get the problem fixed, it's been a couple of months now!

Great! Wouldn't drink any other water
I've seen some hostile reviews made towards this product. The main issue people seem to have is that the water is lacking minerals, or theyvebeen on it for years and I wondered why they haven't felt any better. Firstly I'd like to say if you're relying on your water source for your mineral intake, there's your first issue. If you have a big issue with the water lacking a PH over 7, add some himilayen pink salt to it. A pinch to 1L of your pureau water and there you health freaks have it.

Best Cask/Bottle water I have found.
In an effort to drink healthy water, I bought a bench top water distiller and was shocked at all the impurities in my local tap water. As it is a small machine that only makes 4 litres at a time and having a family that drinks a lot of water, I started looking for water products with no additives. Surprisingly it was harder than expected. Most bottled water has Flouride and Chloride added as well as many minerals. Pureau water was the only one that uses a rigorous filtration system that is as close to distillation as I can find. Now I understan...
Read mored people freak out when you drink such Pure water thinking it is made for car batteries and irons. With a little research people will find Pure water extremely healthy and not "dead" water as we have been brought up to believe. Water is made to purely hydrate you, not nourish you as we have been taught. Water doesn't need any additives, all the minerals our bodies need come from fruit and vegetables. If you still feel unsure or that you think you are missing the minerals that you think are in tap water, you can add a pinch of Himalayan Salt or a squeeze of lemon. I also put the Pureau in my Distiller and it had no impurities, I also put mineral water and 2 other cask waters through and was shocked at the amount of additives in them. I would heartily recommend Pureau water to anyone who wants healthy drinking water.Find out how Noble's Pureau compares to other Still / Mineral Waters

Last 10l awful taste, and smells off/bad
Been a customer for 6 years, the last box from Coles in Cowra NSW smells awful (like pond water), and tastes sharp. The second box is OK. I have emailed you on your website.

Chlorine smell in 600ml bottles.
My partner and I have been enjoying nobles for the last 4-5 years. It's great. Although the last few batches we have had in the 600ml bottles has quite a noticeable chlorine smell, Very noticeable actually. we do not drink tap water. This is a real turn off and I hope you guys can get back on track with it all considering some of the other reviews I have read lately.
Kind regards,
Steve.

Particulates
As with jipped and Angry's post have noticed with my last two casks bought from safeway that there has clearly been floaties and contaminants in the liquid which also for me has never been seen or happened before, and ive been feeling quite sick as a result and yes also for the first time too.
January 10th 2018 Update: Pureau are full of crap they told me they had filter issues re the casks i bought now they state its

Recently has contained noticeable particulates/impurities
Have enjoyed Pureau for many years. For the past few months have noticed that the water contains impurities, such as floating particulates, including what looks like aluminium coloured metallic pieces and other 'floaties'. I called the manufacturer about it a few months ago. The latest 10 litre box bought this week (July 29th 2017) also contains these impurities. This water is also noticeably acidic.

Great water
Drink this water every day. Will not touch tap water the smell of it just for starters is putrid.
Have been drinking Pureau for more than 8 years. Please continue to supply this healthy product Pureau.
Water tastes dank
I am a long time buyer and lover of this water but the last 2 boxes I got were off and tasted dank and awful. The batch number on the bad ones started with a 17 and another one I had was a different batch number and fine but the 2 I had that started with 17 were so bad, it was in drinkable. This happened to me several years ago and thought it may of be just a once off and have never had a problem again until this past week. So disappointed as this is my favorite water.

Used to be good, now tastes strange
This water used to have no flavour and I loved it. It now tastes strange and I have had a headache since opening the latest ask yesterday. I'll be having it tested. I buy the 5 litre casks.

Empty water
I bought this water 4-5 days ago and was drinking just that. Sometimes i put lemon in there to make it taste a bit better but the water is still just horrible. I checked on google and i've sent an email to their company to ask how is it possible that PURE water doesnt exist in nature but you somehow managed to get it PURE, there is something inside of this water that they prefer not to list on ingredients list.
Another point i see suspicious is why to remove all minerals? like i think flouride and a bit of other stuff are the only things that ...

Read more With regard to our filtration process - the Pureau process - we do not demineralise to the same extent as distilled water and as a result Pureau still maintains enough mineralisation to be healthy to drink. However, the filtration process is does not "discriminate" on the chemicals and other contaminants that are removed and hence it is not possible to remove only fluoride. There is further information on both the filtration process and also minerals in water on our website - http://www.noblebeverages.com/why-pureau/the-pureau-process/ http://www.noblebeverages.com/why-pureau/do-i-need-minerals-in-water/ Thanks again for your enquiry. I think this water is 10 times better than tap water. And I really like their filtration process. Second I do believe our bodies do naturally regulate our ph levels, if it didn't I think it would take more than a few bottles of water to fix that problem. Lastley, our biggest concern should be, are we drinking acidic liquids, which Pureau is not.

The best tasting water you can buy
I've been drinking this for years now, since Brisbane tap water doesn't taste the best. I can say with certainty that it is the best and cleanest water around. I honestly now can't drink any other water is the rest ALL have a bad aftertaste that Pureau doesn't. Keep up the great work!!! :)
