Initially worked well, could watch a whole range of shows on .tv, you tube, ABC IView, SBS bought on the 27/02/2013 and stopped working 02/08/2013. Sent email to Ozstock and they sent back a form to be filled out and to send it back with the faulty device on the 05/08/2013. I sent it back but they responded they have no record of its return

Bad warranty service

First time buyer it was one of their free items where you just pay postage, so a bit wary, after reading some of the reviews. but 6 days after payment item arrived. Exactly as described. It said delivery could take 2-3 weeks so quick delivery was a suprise. As a first time buyer it is nice that it went well and smoothly.

I ordered a free led light from them, but after reading some reviews I believed I had just lost my postage and handling charge $6.75 so I de- registered from their emails, BUT 10 days later to my surprise the led light arrived so I will re-register and maybe try a purchase next. The led light works ok, it is a free item so I should'nt expect much....... pleased so far. then I wrote this review and it was printed without amendments.... ozstock are OK so far

I have been using Ozstock for a few years, I have never had a problem buying or receiving an item. My first order had 1 item delayed and they sent me a small gift with a note explaining delay, my original purchase wasn't urgent so it was no problem. Every order I have placed has taken no longer than 1 week to arrive even during december when postage is slow due to Christmas. Always packaged well and prices are great. Easy checkout, postage automatically discounts when you complete your order, pay with paypal and you are done! Couldn't be happier with this site... other than too many tempting items :)

I had a problem paying for an item and after six emails and a week later they are still uncontactable. I now have an order that I cannot process and no phone number to try and sort this problem. their help page should be renamed as the no help page and the company name should be the no stock company as I have two orders with neither fulfilled and no help.

I have purchased numerous items, however have experienced a long delay in deliveries, at times only part delivery or no delivery. Contacted several times enquirying about orders, an apologetic response and promise of redelivery - sadly no delivery. Finally wrote and advised of disappointment and would not buy again or recommend.

Once you pay nothing is delivered. When you inquire they trot out that you have to wait 4 weeks for delivery. Yeah right It takes Australia Post 4 weeks to mail a parcel. After 3 months and still nothing and no response to my emails it became quite obvious that this site is nothing but a scam and is probably being run by Nigerians. I approached the relevant authorities who assured me they will investigate this scam site. So do not I repeat do not buy any thing from this site as you will be throwing your hard earned money to support a Nigerian Scammer!!!. Take heed and you have been warned. Just read the other reviews on this site.

They do not deliver once you have paid

My first few packages turned up in about three weeks no problems but that was the end of it now they seem to be missing product in every order they tell you they will resend but nothing turns up, they tick the box saying shipped but it takes 2 - 3 weeks to get product. my business uses aust post, packages only take a few days more misleading nothing is free in this world you pay in excessive post prices in fact the amount you are charged in postage the parcels should be registered i do not recommend this site at all go to your local $2 shop better service.

Most of the stuff they sell is of VERY POOR QUALITY or simply doesn't work at all. Their communication
is terrible, you can wait weeks for a response, and their command of english is very poor. Most of there items are very bad copies if things you may have seen elsewhere.

Rubbish, poor communication, a real rip-off.

Have made 4 orders over past 4 days. If you make mistake and pay by credit card it takes your money and says it will redirect you back to home screen but disconnects you. When you ring company (if you can ever get through) they make you pay again. Also charging you excessive amount for Australia Post. Australia Post is cheapest around but they charge postage on every item but puts in same parcel.

Made an order in Nov13. I got an order number.
As the goods had not arrived as per there Web site FAC and I had received no further communication I contacted them on Dec 8 asking what had happened with my goods including my order number. They then contacted me on Dec 10 saying they had received payment, well du. So I asked where my goods were. They said they had been sent 4/12. I asked for a tracking No. they said it was sent through normal mail.

I have a small standard tree next to my front entrance and the lights on it make a huge difference,
My visitors all comment on the "Warm welcome", and I told them where I purchased them.
Ozstock is the only online store that I shop from, because of the variety, the prices, the fast delivery and the daily "freebies".
I am constantly promoting your site.

I have dealt with this website for 3 months now and have yet to find anything about it I do not like!Products arrive quickly and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality! The freebies that they give (you only have to pay postage) are great and their other products are reasonably priced! It is one hassle free site to shop on. Accepts Paypal - not sure it is Australian (as name suggests)!

used them last year but stopped as the postage was extreem and very slow to send items. Tried them again this year because a work friend assured me they had changed only to find that it is still the same slow delivery and expensive postage. Will not be using them in the future as I do not want to wait 3 weeks for delivery I can get it the same price and faster delivery from china.
