Placing an order on the 13th and not having it posted until the 21st is not good enough. Doubt whether I will order from here again. I was not informed there would be a delay either. I’ve ordered from other places and had the goods arrive the next day. Thumbs down.

Don’t order through this company unless you don’t mind waiting a week for your items to arrive.. even when you select and pay for the “express” option. Contacted them asking for a refund which they didn’t provide. Package arrived one week later, and at least on a positive note they didn’t stuff up my order..

I ordered a detox pack on Monday and paid extra for express shipping however it’s Thursday now and I still haven’t received it. Emailed support regarding ETA but no response. Tracked the package and it has now updated to delivery on Friday. 4 days delivery time for express shipping (extra $20) is ridiculous. Not happy with the service.
