Worst customer service
Dealt with Sil. Called and activated a gift card I received from Jemena. They said it was active yet when I went to use it it wasnt working. When I called and spoke to Sil he made it seem like the retailer was at fault even though it was an error on their part. Not sure why companies like Jemena still deal with substandard companies like this.

Missed activation date, card not yet expired
I wasn't aware that the card needed to be activated well ahead of the expiry date. I missed this date and now while the card is not yet valid, I forfeit the funds. I called them but due to their terms and conditions, there is nothing they can do. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I lost $500 because I didn't activate it immediately, even though it hadn't expired!
I missed the activation date - not the expiry date and they said I've now lost the money. There is no activation date, only an expiry date! They initially said the money had been returned to the business which purchased the gift cards. False, the card was purchased. The card still hasn't expired yet I can't use the card. I do not recommend this company.

Scam company
Company is clearly a scam, when i asked why my card worked they ignored me and demanded that I called them, when I advised that I was unable to speak they closed they kept ignoring it, and closed the chat, They clearly hate people with any disabilities or incapabilities

What a rip off!
Today my father brought around a 'Rewards Come True' gift card that he received as a thank you for over 20 years of service to his work. He needed help activating the card so he could use it.
When I went to activate the card for him, the website said that the card could not be processed. I called the 1800 number on the letter that came with the card and told the person on the phone what had happened. They wanted to speak to my father, so I passed over the phone.
The operator told my father that there was a six month expiry date on when to act...Read more

Do not use this company for gift cards
Our company uses these gift cards as rewards, our team got some as a Christmas Gift I activated the card but when I tried to use it, it was invalid, because I have no proof of activation, my company has forfeited the funds and I get nothing. I will also be advising HR to stop using them

Do Not. I repeat DO NOT deal with these people
There are T&C's applied to these cards that will trip you up and they are preying on this to, in effect, take all the money paid into this card and leave you with a worthless piece of plastic.
I have never encountered an "Activation" process with a gift card and I missed that cut off date by a little over 1 week....all funds forfeited
I am preparing a complaint for the Dept of Fair Trading as I actually thought this scam had been outlawed.
The customer service person I spoke to at Rewards Come true was delighted to let me know that those refor...Read more

Rewards come true - what a joke!!
If you are thinking about using the services of this company think again!!
They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! They should be ashamed to call themselves an Australian company as they SCAM hard working Aussies out of their gift cards with dodgy activation expiry dates and clauses not displayed on the card.
If you want to throw your money away - I highly recommend this as an option!!! If I could giver them zero stars I would as their customer service is non existent.

Gift Card that expires after 5 months......WTH how is this allowed!!!!
One of my employees organised the purchase of 10 x $100 gift cards for my employees roughly a week before Christmas 2017, I have just been notified by 2 of my employees that their funds have been forfeited given they didn't ACTIVATE the card by the 31/05/2018. I called the noted customer service number and was basically blocked with the text book response of "sorry there is nothing we can do" I asked to speak to a manager but I have received no response in well over a week. The activation expiry date was printed on the card but anyone in their ...Read more
right mind would not expect a gift card to expire with in 12 months of purchase let alone less than 6 months. In my mind this is straight out THEFT, you would think with such a short expiry period I would at least get a percentage of MY cash returned to me or at least a reminder email advising my cash was about to be claimed so I could notify the recipients of the cards. I would not recommend this so called business at all and if you do decide to risk it please ensure you make it clear to read the fine print. Seriously what is the world coming to, there are numerous companies which have gift cards which don't expire. At the end of the day it is not their money so how can they claim ownership under any circumstance!!! Just an FYI, preformed some research in my frustration and there is over $200m in unclaimed gift cards claimed by Australian businesses through gift cards expiring each year......again wth!!!!Similar opinion?
