Brilliant vacuum - much better than expected!
Easily managed our whole house on one charge. So easy to manoeuvre under beds etc. Great suction on our carpets. Particularly love the magnetic dock for accessories. Excellent value for money.

Awful customer service.
Bought last year. Loved it initially and then it stopped functioning properly and now doesn’t work at all.
After about 30 emails back and forth, I still have not received my requested refund.
I would prefer to give a glowing report wherever possible, however, I would not recommend this company as as a result.

Worse customer service ever
I bought the vacuum cleaner on June. Stop charging after the first used.
Roborock asked me to returned
I returned in August.
Till today I have not received the replacement and they don't answer my emails.
There is not a phone number to call.

Great stick vac
Finding the stick vacuum very handy. A quick vacuum where needed, quick Wize around after Sandy dog, nip upstairs easily, in the back of the car, take it to my elderly parents cat hair place. Seems to have good suction and not as heavy as the ones in retail shops. Which is why I chose it. You have to empty the cannister often if doing a larger house but it’s quick and easy. So far so great!
After multiple battery replacements our old Dyson V6 Absolute finally died. We wanted to try something different as were disappointed with Dyson's short lifespan, so found the Roborock H7 through Choice reviews - so far it is EXCELLENT. Easy to use, long battery life and feels like its really great quality and well made (feels like an Apple product the way it's packaged). Just as good or even better suction than the Dyson. Regretful purchase
This is an update to a previous review 2 months ago. I've been increasingly frustrated with the performance of this vacuum. The filters need washing after every 2 or 3 uses and it stops working part way through a vacuum.I have had to use my previous vacuum to finish the job.I have had unsatisfactory communications with the customer service department and been refused a refund, apparently refunds are only available in the first 30 days after purchase.I'm gutted to have spent good money on an unsatisfactory product and would not recommend this to others.

Disappointing
Based on a Choice review I purchased a Roborock H7. I paid $600 for this cleaner and I find that it is not really fit for purpose.
On hard surfaces, the vacuum is insufficient to pick up food crumbs even after two or more "swipes" of the cleaning head. The rotating brush in the cleaning head has a distinct tendency to flick food crumbs across the floor on both forward and backward movement of the cleaning head.
On carpet, the vacuum seems to do a better job than on hard surfaces. However, there is a tendency for the rotating brush to stop rotating and the cleaner must be turned off and on to get the brush to rotate again.
Overall I am unhappy with the both the vacuum cleaner and the Choice Magazine review.

Turbo head not great for tiled/wood floors.A flat head with brush same size as turbo would be preferable.Turbo works well on carpets, does a good job.This is why only 4 stars.

Our fist stick vacuum cleaner
I bought it as it appeared to be the best value for money of those recommended by Choice.
It works better than I expected and I like the way that the accessories clip in.
My main concern is for the life of the unit; I am not sure if the frequent emptying of the dust compartment will take its toll on the plastic components

Pretty good, works best on Max setting
Got it to clean the car, only has enough suction on Max setting. OK for cleaning up around the house on regular setting. Good vacuum which I use to get to placed the robot won't go.

Excellent stick vacuum cleaner
This machine works well on floors and carpet. It is easy to use and very convenient, as well as powerful. It isn’t up to cleaning very dirty car mats quite as well but we are happy with the performance for light household cleaning. We wish the storage stand was available in Australia. It’s out of stock.

Light weight with punch
Excellent light weight yet sturdy vacuum, strong suction that cleans every bit of our 2 pet dogs hairs/fur.Easy to use and charge up. Highly recommended at a hard to beat price.

Great machine
My Roborock is just what I needed. Good suction, light, battery lasts ages and easy to manoeuvre. Lost one point for small dust compartment which needs to be emptied often, so if that was a little larger it would be a 5star

Works like a dream
Best small stick vacuum I have used in this price range. Works well and has plenty of battery to do all of our floors. Works well in cars too with the flexible hose attachment. Only downside is the brush doesn't perform well on very long shaggy mats.
