Does the job it was designed for. 6 year warranty if registered on line. Apparently now a discontinued item at Bunnings so I got the kit for $50 inc a battery and charger??
Purchased in February 2021 for A$50.00.

Great ease of use and workload reduction
Great tool to get through a lot of cutting with very little effort, a great investment if you have a lot of trees and shrubs in your yard that need to be kept under control. Pull the trigger and easily lop broomhandle and slightly larger sized branches. Great for breaking down larger branches on the ground also.

Ryobi manuals are pretty dissapointing and usually no more than a cartoon book/pamphlet of any assembly required and basic use.
The Ryobi help line may be able to help or if you provide an email I can scan and send mine.
