Always excellent service at NRMA ROCKDALE
The Service is excellent. They always ring me and let me know what needed to be done before they go ahead in servicing our car. Been an NRMA Member for 32 years. I have a good experience,and liked their upfront approach,overall impressed. would highly recommend.
This is the first time i got my car and my wife's car serviced,overall i found it to be very professional. and very safety concerned, very detailed information,after service car wash and cleaning,as i see it is always the little things, that counts,would highly recommend.

Excellent service at Liverpool
Staff were professional from drop off phoning to let me know what really neetded doing on my car besides general service. And had ny car ready for pick up at the time I requested. Very happy member.

Great service
Courteous professional staff at Caringbah NRMA service centre. Transport to/from home greatly appreciated.Car returned in perfect condition.NRMA discount really asists..Work was to reline all brakes in Volvo.Comfortable waiting room if you need to wait

The service was very courteous and professional
Unfortunately because of the age of the car there were a few parts on the car that needed to be fixed and also for the pink slip. I cannot really complaint about the service as it was professional and very corteous as always, except for the time I had to stay to wait for the service to finish ( 6hrs) but the staff were very corteous as always and very helpful.

Reliable,Friendly and Value for Money
The Gladesville service centre team are consistently friendly,approachable,professional and helpful. There is never anything too difficult for the team to deal with. They always interact with me as an individual and consult in providing individualised solutions. Everytime I have visited I have always been greeted with a warm friendly smile and always am kept up to date with the progress of my car service. I have been going to Gladesville since it opened in 2017 and highly recommend the fantastic team there.

Great experience.
Used this centre for years. Good value for money. Smiling, friendly customer service and they genuinely try to help. Received a ten percent member discount. Someone called to advise progress. Car was washed before delivery.

Easy Breezy Service
I used the North Narrabeen NRMA service centre for the first time. Booked online for the next day. Drop and pick up was easy. Nice people, very helpful. I got a progress update and a call when it was done. Prices were very reasonable as well :)

Excellent work, clean and friendly
My car was towed to Campbelltown's MotorServe after breaking down on Narellan Road. The significant issues were identified, and a price decided - and that price never changed. They delivered exactly what was promised. Moreover, the car was returned to me in sparkling condition and it now runs better than it ever did. Throughout the friendly staff assisted me by keeping me informed of progress, and providing great advice. I now have a great deal of confidence in them - I am so glad the car was towed there (which I chose because it was NRMA). I will not take my car to any other mechanic in the future.

I had my car serviced at the Gosford centre last Monday, it is very clean, staff well mannered, my car was given back very clean, as i had to have a few things done it was there for a dew hours but phoned as soonas it was ready

Great people, great service
Went for standard service and rego check. They were thorough, transparent, and consulted with me before replacing some much-needed parts. They opened even earlier than I got there, and were happy to get my car to me at the earliest, without rushing the job.

Very reliable
NRMA have always done a good job. In fact they've stepped up in their level of service and professionalism. They know what they're doing. Always reliable. The car came back in good condition and I was aware they took precautions with COVID19 sanitation.

Happy Easter
I had unlucky Easter in that I had a Starter motor in my car on Good Friday and the battery in my Utility on Easter Monday decide to fail.
For a long weekend and Easter i had very prompt service from two servicemen on Friday, first one said not a battery needs a starter motor perhaps but he sent a service man out to check it and clarified the problem.

I am happy with their services
I was very happy with their friendly and professional services. They called me up and explained clearly what the problems were and costs. Even though I rejected the offers, they respect my choice. They washed my car after the service.

Hi there, we would suggest calling into one of car servicing centres to ensure the timing belt is a listed item on your log book schedule as well as also inspect your timing belt to confirm if a replacement is needed.
Can a patrol man inspect the timing belt?

where does an answer come about mudguards on a mazda2.
I have Mazda 3 !!! Regret I am not in a position to advise re' Mazda 2 but I assume that a Mud Guard on each side of front bonet would be necessary
