Fantastic service
I tried my local NRMA service centre for the first time and was amazed at the cleanliness of the service area. More importantly though was the price. I have previously taken my car back to the Dealership where it was purchased and I was amazed at the difference in price charged at Nrma for a service and it included a pink slip! Very impressed!

I can trust them!
I have been servicing my car at the Caringbah Car Service Centre for the past four years and have been consistently astounded at the staffs customer service, help, advice, compassion and professionalism. It is very rare these days to find that in any business area, and to find staff that you can totally trust to do the right thing by you, and in this case your car.

My recent visit to obtain a diagnosis to my vehicle problems was dealt with quickly and inexpensivly.
I took my car to two local mechanics previously and neither could tell me what the problem was. Nrma did. And fixed it.

The worst experience ever. Please think twice
Facts only:
April 2nd morning - left car at NRMA car service and asked for fuel filter replacement.
April 2nd morning - got a quote for fuel filter replacement and agreed with quote of $140
April 2nd afternoon - got a voice message 'car is ready'
April 2nd evening - came to take a car...faced transmission oil leakage and new quote for $1200
April 8th - raised NSW Fair Trading complaint and asked to proceed with repair
April 9th - got a new quotes more than $3000
April 21st - still have no car

al failure on this vehicle as we have only worked on the vehicle’s fuel system. We have been completely transparent here and have taken the time to go through the repairs and also show the leak, as well as ensure the issue was raised by both store and area manager to investigate. We have remained fair with a goodwill gesture torwards the repairs and will also work with Dept Fair Trading should they require any further information. We apologise this is not the outcome that you were hoping for or repairs that you were expecting and thankful this did not occur when you were driving.Similar opinion? Very Happy with the work carried out
Had an essential service carried out on my Landcruiser.I was informed on future work that would be required, but was under no pressure to do it straight away. Prices are comparable to other workshops.
The Service staff were great and very helpful.
Great value for the money.

Perfection
First time I've been to NRMA Service Centre in Gosford...the staff were very courteous and explained everything that was needed for the car in human terms rather than rattling of car jargon. I can't fault anything that was done to my car other than having to watch the speedo on the way home cause the car was going so well I didn't want to get a speeding ticket.

The whole service experience was a pleasure. I have found NRMA Tuggeranong the best service centre I have taken my car to in Canberra.
The service staff treat me and their co-workers with respect and are always a pleasure to speak to. Being female, and not speaking car jargon, I often found that I was spoken to differently to how men were spoken to by the service desk staff. Incomplete Service
I no longer trust NRMA after having our Holden Captiva partially serviced by NRMA Caringbah. I think that NRMA flaunts consumer law, bullies customers and has lost its way. The service just attempted by NRMA involved diagnostic checks on my vehicle. NRMA also had to change the Alternator that had failed - hence the visit. NRMA Caringbah charged the full cost of the Service (135,000Km) even though they knew that their scanning equipment could not communicate with my vehicle. I was told nothing when I picked the car up assuming all finished and a...Read more
day later I contacted NRMA because the dash data had lost date and time, the logbook was unsigned and the windscreen lacked the usual service sticker. To cut a long story short. NRMA told me to go to Holden about the date and time issue as their equipment could not talk to my 2013 Captiva. NRMA fraudulently took my money because several of the key elements of this service are diagnostic checks that have to be done. NRMA charged $580 for the Service they could not complete and told me to go to a Dealer for the work to be completed. The Alternator work seems to be fine by the way.1 comment

d in keeping with our transparent approach, we will share the same response here. All of our car servicing centres are equipped to service Holden in line with the manufacturers specifications to ensure the warranty is maintained. We did service the vehicle and also diagnose the battery light on the dashboard, which we confirmed during the service that the alternator was not charging and required replacement. Before carrying out any work, our team will go through all costings and repairs to ensure each customer is aware of any repairs, pricing and can make an informed decision.Similar opinion? A great team of guys and nice facility
A great team of guys who not only did the service and gave the Pink Slip, but cleaned my car for me. They were friendly and had a nice big waiting room with free WiFi and coffee. Their toilets were very clean. Gosford was a great NRMA service centre experience!

SERVICE par excellence !!!!
Service was great, Staff took time out of their lunch break to complete my vehicle service. The Reception Staff were most helpful in this matter,it saved me approx. 1 hour & gave me time to attend another appointment early.

Help in a hurry - wonderful service
NRMA Gladesville gave superb service today. Few places listen and treat you as a member as well as I was treated . I needed help with a small matter on the car so my son could take his P test. I didnt have an appointment and they were obviously busy. The team said sure. We will fix it now. They did. He got to his test and stress was avoided. Thanks Gladesville NRMA.

I booked a pre purchase vehicle inspection online. It went through easily and I paid the almost $300 for this. Then the day of the inspection I get a phone call from the technician who is currently at the correct street name in the WRONG state. When entering the address the post code for the correct state/town was entered so I do not understand how they messed that up so thoroughly. rvice is nowhere to be found on the website and i am left wondering why they allow online bookings and PAYMENT for places that they do not service. The onus was then on me to ring up customer care and ask for my refund, it was not done automatically. As I was asking for my refund they asked if I wanted to RESCHEDULE for the area where I was just informed they do not do service. Clearly the staff and the website are not aware of where the NRMA does and does not service and are wasting customers time. So I am not out of pocket until the refund is processed and placed into my bank, which will take who knows how long, and the car I was trying to purchase will stay up for sale until I can organise another mechanic to check it out. Hi there, we would suggest calling into one of car servicing centres to ensure the timing belt is a listed item on your log book schedule as well as also inspect your timing belt to confirm if a replacement is needed.
Can a patrol man inspect the timing belt?

I have Mazda 3 !!! Regret I am not in a position to advise re' Mazda 2 but I assume that a Mud Guard on each side of front bonet would be necessary
